Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Brad Charyak (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Mark Kayne (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Brad Charyak has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
15 - 4 - 0, fighting out of New York, Brad Charyak! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
7 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Hilo, Mark Kayne! The judges for this bout are Franklyn Lucas, Bruno Lombardi and Columbo Gatti.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Kayne keeping at a good range here, avoiding a leg kick.
Kayne tries to move into range but Charyak moves to the side and lands with a nice right hand. Kayne misses with a left hand and Charyak counters with a left to the body. Charyak is looking to clinch but Kayne is avoiding it.
Charyak moves out of range as Kayne strikes.
That's one minute gone in the round. A low kick from Kayne is predictable there and Charyak makes him pay by landing a thudding low kick. Charyak stooping low to avoid any incoming strikes and then lunges in with an uppercut come cross that lands flush. Kayne throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land. Charyak goes to the watering hole and comes back with a big thumbs up from the judges as he scores a three punch combo.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Kayne avoids the clinch attempt nicely.
Mark Kayne seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Kayne throws a sloppy head kick and Charyak counters with a right hand to the body. Kayne misses with a wild body shot. Charyak misses with a left hand and Kayne counters with a lovely straight right hand!
That's three minutes gone in the round. Kayne does a little shimmy and throws a leg kick. The leg kick missed by a considerable margin though, making him look a little bit silly for doing the shimmy. Kayne throws a right hand that misses
and Charyak counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head. Kayne throws a leg kick which misses Charyak's front leg but catches the back leg as Charyak tries to avoid it. Kayne keeping at a good range here, avoiding a leg kick.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Kayne takes an uppercut right on the button but keeps his composure.
Charyak checks a low kick from Kayne. Mark Kayne is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs. Kayne does a little shimmy and throws a leg kick. The leg kick missed by a considerable margin though, making him look a little bit silly for doing the shimmy. Kayne misses with a leg kick and Charyak counters with a shoot takedown into half guard. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Brad Charyak dominated that round. The fighters' corners scream their final instructions, as the referee calls time. Here we go, back to the action!
Charyak tries to close the distance and clinch but Kayne swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away. Kayne misses with a body shot.
Kayne throws a lazy uppercut
and Charyak counters with a series of strikes. Kayne will be more careful next time no doubt. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Kayne takes a jab right on the kisser.

and Charyak counters with a thumping low kick. Kayne misses with a hook
and Charyak counters with a slapping leg kick. Kayne misses with a hook
and Charyak counters with a three punch combination, finished off with a leg kick. Nice work. Brad Charyak is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things. Kayne takes a swing at Charyak's ribcage but misses.

Charyak throws a right and a left that Kayne avoids nicely. Kayne rushes in with a sloppy looking punch

Kayne has his head snapped back a nice jab. A little nod from Kayne there as he acknowledges the shot. Charyak throws out a token jab with nothing on it. Kayne misses with a body punch
and Charyak counters with an outside leg kick.
That's four minutes gone in the round. There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action. Kayne throws a poor cross that misses
and Charyak counters with a nice leg kick. Kayne lands with a shot to the body. Kayne throws a jab when Charyak was well out of range. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Brad Charyak dominated that second round. That's time! Back to the action! And we move into the final round!

and Charyak makes him pay by landing a thudding low kick. Charyak throws a left and a right that both miss
and Kayne counters with a left to the body. Kayne misses with a telegraphed body shot
and Charyak counters with a quick right hand to the jaw.
That's one minute gone in the round. Kayne misses the body punch and Charyak counters with a nice jab to the body that keeps Kayne thinking. Both fighters are looking to counter, which isn't making for the most exciting fight in the world. Kayne misses with a left hand and Kayne takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles. Kayne checks the leg kick. A decent looking body kick lands there for Kayne. Brad Charyak is fighting for a decision here - he's started to take the cautious approach.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Kayne swings away with a body shot that misses
enabling Charyak to counter with a crisp jab. Kayne throws a predictable looking body shot
and Charyak counters with a slapping leg kick. Charyak throws a leg kick and Kayne counters with a nice leg kick.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Kayne is looking to score with low kicks. Charyak keeps his opponent at a distance with a nice jab.
Kayne throws a lazy head kick and Charyak counters with a low kick, right behind Kayne 's knee. Kayne slips under a jab.
That's four minutes gone in the round. There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action. Charyak fails to land with a series of punches.
Mark Kayne has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here! Charyak misses with a leg kick. Charyak rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Kayne moves out of range and avoids them all easily. Kayne throws a leg kick and Charyak counters with a three punch combo that has Kayne backing up. Kayne nods at Charyak to acknowledge the strikes.
And that's the end of the fight! I would just about give that final round to Mark Kayne. Well Charyak has outscored his opponent in every aspect of the fight today. Only a scarily incompetent judge or two will keep him from a well deserved win... Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
