Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the super heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
3 - 4 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Danny Jork! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
2 - 5 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Sarayoot Winothai! The judges for this bout are Daniel Blasius, Paulsen Ambrosius and Patrick Alders.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Winothai misses with a straight right. Winothai throws a leg kick and Jork counters with a shoot takedown. Winothai fights it but they end up in guard. Jork sneaks a leg through and gets to half guard. That was like a knife through butter how easily he passed Winothai's guard. Jork is trying to work for a kimura. This could be trouble! No, Winothai has managed to free his arm - good work. Jork is looking for a kimura. It's going to be difficult to finish that from half guard though and Winothai defends it well. Jork is trying for a guillotine from the top but the pressure isn't in the right place so Winothai is just riding it out for now. Jork eventually gives up the hold. Jork is trying to work for a kimura but Winothai is defending well.
That's one minute gone in the round. Jork is looking for a kimura. It's going to be difficult to finish that from half guard though and Winothai defends it well. Jork is trying to work for a kimura. This could be trouble! No, Winothai has managed to free his arm - good work. Jork is looking for a kimura but Winothai is holding onto that half guard position, so it's hard for Jork to get the leverage. Jork works his way into full mount! Jork with some aggressive grappling here. He's looking for submissions here, rather than waiting for the opportunity to counter.
