Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Y Cage (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Duke Dragon (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Cage kept the crowd waiting but all that was forgotten when his ring entrance music started. The incomparable musical genius that is Don't let me be misunderstood. Y Cage has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
18 - 12 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Y Cage! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
1 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Duke Dragon! The judges for this bout are Emerson Jorge, Seu Braga and Paulo Santos.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Dragon shoots in for a takedown! He's got it and he's managed to land in full mount! That's better than Dragon was expecting from the takedown attempt, I'm sure! Cage is in a horrible position here, under a barrage of strikes, he's managing to avoid any damage.
Dragon with some aggressive grappling here. He's looking for submissions here, rather than waiting for the opportunity to counter.
The crowd growing excited in anticipation of a finish here! Right on cue, Dragon cracks his opponent with a massive right hand that draws loud cheers!
Dragon is going oldschool here, as he tries to force Cage to tap using a forearm choke. This isn't 1993 though, so Cage shrugs it off. Cage keeping his composure momentarily, calmly looking to get back to half guard.
Cage wriggling around on the bottom manages to avoid the strikes thrown by Dragon.
Cage defends a decent attempt at a guillotine from Dragon. Dragon goes for an armbar but Cage turns quickly into his guard - lovely anticipation from Cage.
That's one minute gone in the round. Cage wants to control from the top but Dragon keeps moving. Dragon is actively looking for submissions from his back. He's worked himself a little space on the bottom and seems to be going for a triangle. No, he's switched into an armbar! That was slick! Cage rolls with it to try and escape but Dragon cranks on the arm and Cage is forced to tap out! This one is aaaaaaaaall over!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:40 of round 1, we have a winner by way of Submission (Armbar). Duke Dragon!
