Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Bitterman Bach (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jalapeeeno Poltta (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the super heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Bitterman Bach!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Jalapeeeno Poltta!
The judges for this bout are Matti Vanhoillinen, Ben Zyskovitsi and Roosa Järviläinen.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Poltta has his head snapped back a nice jab. A little nod from Poltta there as he acknowledges the shot.
Bach swinging wildly here.

Poltta shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Let's see what he's got on the mat.
Bach looking for a sweep. Not yet Bach, not yet.
Poltta slips effortlessly into side control - very nice.
Bach is looking to regain half guard here but Poltta keeps moving and retains side control.
Bach is trying to control Poltta's posture but Poltta avoids it.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Bach pushes Poltta away and creates a bit of space to escape. He's almost out here... but no, Poltta gets a good hold of his legs and remains firmly in side control.
Bach might be looking to lock onto one of his opponent's long limbs for a submission, whilst we're on the ground.
Bach is looking for a sweep.
Bach throwing some weak shots from the bottom that do no damage.
Poltta staying calm.
Poltta working away.

That's two minutes gone in the round.
The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight.
Bach is looking to regain half guard here but Poltta keeps moving and retains side control.
Poltta is moving around in side control but his primary objective seems to be to maintain the position.

That's three minutes gone in the round.

The referee has ruled that neither fighter is active enough on the ground and has stood them back up.
Bach shoots and misses

and Poltta counters with a shoot takedown. Bach fights it but they end up in guard.
Poltta showing good wrestling skills to control the position.
Bach on his back here. We all know that wrestlers don't like being on their back so let's see if Bach tries to get out of the position.
If this pace continues, the referee will definitely step in and force a standup.
Bach working a defensive guard but Poltta manages to pass into side control anyway.

That's four minutes gone in the round.
Bach is working hard to escape and get back to his feet. After a battle for position, Poltta asserts his dominance and retains side control.
Bach is breathing heavily.
Bach is letting Poltta control him for a moment.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Jalapeeeno Poltta dominated that round.
The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action.


Poltta throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Bach's waist but Bach gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Poltta off to one side.
Bach wants to clinch

and Poltta counters with a nice single leg takedown and he's in Bach's guard now.
Poltta won't allow Bach to sweep him here.
Bach wants to control but Poltta passes easily into half guard.
Poltta looks over to his corner - he wants some instructions but his corner are not responding.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Bach misses with some strikes from the bottom.
Poltta controlling the action here.

That's two minutes gone in the round.
Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.

OK we're going to have a standup here. Jalapeeeno Poltta hasn't been effective enough on the ground and the referee wants a restart.
Bach fails with the takedown

and Poltta counters with a single leg into guard. Bach didn't expect that.
Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.
Bach is striking from the bottom but Poltta uses the opportunity to pass into half guard.
Poltta stalling.

That's three minutes gone in the round.
Poltta passes the guard and advances to mount!
Poltta content just to control the position here.
Poltta's corner are shouting for him to control the position and he seems happy to oblige.

That's four minutes gone in the round.
A lull in the action here being met with boos from the crowd.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Bach really trying hard to get back to half guard here.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Jalapeeeno Poltta showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards.
OK. That's time! The bell goes and we're back to the action. This is the final round!


Bach has his takedown stuffed

and Poltta counters with a takedown into full mount! That could mean trouble for Bach!
Poor strikes thrown by Poltta there. More accuracy and less frantic strikes would help!
Bach is trying to escape the mount.
Poltta controlling the position easily from mount.
Both fighters are breathing heavily.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

That's two minutes gone in the round.
Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it.

The ref calls for a clean break and stands the fighters back up. Jalapeeeno Poltta wasn't active enough on the ground.
Bach throws a body kick but he was well out of range there.
Bitterman Bach is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things.

Poltta shoots in and scores a nice double leg takedown into half guard.
Poltta slows the pace down in half guard.

That's three minutes gone in the round.

That's four minutes gone in the round.
My god... these two guys really need to pick up the pace or everyone will leave to go get a beer.

The ref stands the fighters back up. Jalapeeeno Poltta was stalling too much, according to the referee.
Bach keeps the fight standing with a nice sprawl.

And that's the end of the fight!
Jalapeeeno Poltta comfortably won the final round on my scorecard.
I've got Poltta winning every round here. Surely the decision will go his way and he'll pick up a well deserved decision victory. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
