Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 7 - 10 - 0, fighting out of London, William McGregor!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 1 - 2 - 0, fighting out of London, Mt Bot!
The judges for this bout are Sam Margolis, Colin Fotheringham and Daniel Bishop.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

McGregor closes the distance and clinches.

McGregor gets the body lock takedown. After a quick scramble, Bot regains guard.
McGregor trying to control but Bot is working from the bottom.
McGregor won't allow Bot to get back to his feet.
Bot wants to control the position but McGregor says "no thanks buddy" and passes to half guard.

McGregor stands, ready to strike. The ref makes him back up and allows Bot to get to his feet.

Bot bobs and weaves into range and then changes levels and scores with a nice takedown into side control.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
McGregor wings away with a couple of strikes but they don't land.
Bot working away diligently from side control. Landing strikes effectively there - that will score him some points on the judges scorecards.
McGregor is trying to get back to half guard.
McGregor is trying to escape and get back to his feet.
McGregor can't do much from the bottom here.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Bot prevents McGregor from escaping the position.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Bot is looking to take a break and control but McGregor is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom.
McGregor isn't going anywhere.

McGregor explodes and escapes back to his feet! Nice escape there!
McGregor wants to clinch

and Bot holds on and brings the fighters into a clinch.

McGregor escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
McGregor misses with a lunging right hand

and Bot counters with a nice double leg into half guard.
McGregor tries to strike from the bottom but it doesn't land.
McGregor is looking to control Bot's leg but it's slowly edging free. Can McGregor avoid being mounted?
McGregor keeping his head moving to avoid the ground and pound.
McGregor wants to improve his position but Bot is controlling well.
McGregor has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission.

That's two minutes gone in the round.
McGregor keeps control of the position for the meantime.
Bot looks gassed!

McGregor manages to escape and get back to his feet!
McGregor throws a right and a left that Bot avoids nicely.

Bot fakes a strike and closes the distance, dragging McGregor to the ground. Bot is now in McGregor's guard.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Bot being controlled here momentarily.

The fighters are starting to perspire pretty heavily.
McGregor uses the cage to get back to his feet.
McGregor getting the better of the striking in that exchange.
Bot walks into a left hand.
McGregor is looking to clinch but Bot is avoiding it.
McGregor steps in with a hook that catches Bot right on the chin and knocks him to the floor! McGregor follows him down with more strikes and that's all she wrote! Bot looks absolutely devastated.
