Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Ethan LeBlanc (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Ricardo Jones (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
7 - 2 - 0, fighting out of London, Ethan LeBlanc! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
16 - 8 - 1, fighting out of London, Ricardo Jones! The judges for this bout are William Gold, Chris Edwards and Daniel Bishop.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! LeBlanc tries for a takedown but Jones circles away easily and Jones counters with a nice jab to the body that keeps LeBlanc thinking. LeBlanc misses with a takedown attempt and Jones counters with a nice body shot. LeBlanc has his takedown stuffed and Jones counters with a left to the body. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Ethan LeBlanc. That's going to take a lot out of him. LeBlanc fails with the takedown and Jones counters with a shoot takedown into half guard. LeBlanc is breathing heavily. Jones is trying for a guillotine from the top but the pressure isn't in the right place so LeBlanc is just riding it out for now. Jones eventually gives up the hold. Jones is working for a submission of some sort.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Jones seems to be looking for submissions.
Jones tries to pass to full mount but LeBlanc defends it.
That's one minute gone in the round. LeBlanc is looking for a sweep. Jones is wise to his cunning plan and keeps the top position. Jones is thinking about going for an arm triangle but he can't free his leg.
Both fighters really going for it on the ground here! Jones is looking to take a break and control but LeBlanc is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom. LeBlanc wants to get back to full guard. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Jones is keen to just control but LeBlanc is a slippery customer. Jones sitting and controlling from the half guard. LeBlanc is pressing down on Jones's left leg trying to get back to full guard. He's managed it. Jones won't allow LeBlanc to sweep him here. We may be looking at a referee standup if the pace doesn't pick up soon. Jones wants to control from the top but LeBlanc keeps moving.
That's two minutes gone in the round. The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight. Jones passes LeBlanc's right leg, so he's now in half guard. Jones wants to work for an arm triangle but LeBlanc is really keeping half guard well and defending the submission attempt.
LeBlanc is trying to control but can't.
LeBlanc is holding on to half guard well. LeBlanc has no desire to be mounted, so is trying to control. Jones is working away from the top position though. Jones prevents LeBlanc from improving his position. LeBlanc on his back here. We all know that wrestlers don't like being on their back so let's see if LeBlanc tries to get out of the position. Jones wants to pass the guard but LeBlanc is defending well. LeBlanc is looking to regain full guard. Not this time though.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Jones trying to control the action but LeBlanc is working from the bottom.
The referee decides to stand the fighters back up. LeBlanc misses with a takedown enabling Jones to counter with a crisp jab. Jones ducks down and throws a hook to the body but LeBlanc moves away. LeBlanc feints and as Jones raises his hands in defense, LeBlanc changes levels and drives through with a takedown into guard. Jones is adopting a defensive guard. LeBlanc working some ground and pound from guard but it's not doing any damage. Jones manages to sweep nicely, so he's now on top. LeBlanc manages to get himself to full guard.
LeBlanc is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive.
That's four minutes gone in the round. LeBlanc controls Jones momentarily but Jones frees himself. Jones trying to pass the guard but can't manage it just yet. Jones trying to move into half guard but instead LeBlanc has managed to sweep! LeBlanc throwing elbows and punches but not connecting, as Jones works some decent striking defense from the bottom. LeBlanc stands up over Jones, holding his feet. He dives back in and lands a decent shot to the head. Jones can't keep his opponent in guard - LeBlanc advances to half guard, no doubt looking to mount. LeBlanc lands with an elbow from half guard - that looked like it hurt. The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end. LeBlanc throwing punches and elbows but they're not doing any damage. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Ricardo Jones dominated that round. That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action.
LeBlanc shoots and misses and Jones cracks him with a counter punch right on the button. LeBlanc misses with a takedown attempt and Jones counters with a nice uppercut. LeBlanc gets a takedown into half guard. Jones trying to control but LeBlanc postures up.
Jones looks like he's trying to stand up.
LeBlanc throwing shots but Jones is blocking nicely. Jones regains full guard, whilst avoiding punches from LeBlanc. LeBlanc missing there with some ground and pound from the guard. LeBlanc postures up in Jones's guard and throws a big left but Jones blocks it. LeBlanc might be looking to lock onto one of his opponent's long limbs for a submission, whilst we're on the ground. LeBlanc missing there with some ground and pound from the guard.
That's one minute gone in the round. LeBlanc throwing elbows and punches but not connecting, as Jones works some decent striking defense from the bottom. Jones tries to land a sweep but no joy. Jones is trying to stand up but he's not managed so far. Jones is breathing heavily. Jones looking to hit a scissor sweep but LeBlanc is one step ahead there. LeBlanc throwing strikes from guard but Jones blocks nicely. Jones pushes a forearm under LeBlanc's chin to create some space. He's escaped his hips and pivoted quickly for an armbar! Can he extend the arm? Yes, LeBlanc is tapping out! Damn, that was fast!
