Poffo comes to the cage accompanied by Pomp and Circumstance. Builder has chosen Destroy Everything as his entrance music. The key to victory for Mario Poffo has got to be keeping the fight on the feet.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Poffo with a jab.
It looks like Bob Builder has been cut.
Poffo connects with a right hand. Builder shakes it off.
Wow, both these guys are really going for it!
Nice body punch from Poffo.
Poffo digs a good body shot into Builder's ribs.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Poffo lands a body shot.
Builder looks gassed!
Poffo works Builder's body with a nice hook.
Builder takes a shot to the eye socket. That's gotta hurt.
Poffo ducks low and lands a nice hook to the body of his opponent.
Builder moves forwards but Poffo connects with a nice, crisp jab.
Builder takes a solid shot to the body. That one hurt him but he's trying not to show it.
The crowd cheers as Poffo lands an impressive looking overhand right. Builder doesn't seem phased though.
Poffo thuds his right hand into Builder's forehead from close range. That could be painful for both fighters.
That has opened up Bob Builder's cut even more.
Poffo lands with a shot to the body.
Builder takes a body punch but keeps moving.
A decent looking cross lands there for Poffo.
Poffo connects with a body shot that sends Builder's belly button to the back.
Poffo's corner calls for a 1-2. Poffo obliges with the 1 part as he scores the single shot and moves back out of range.
Poffo scores with a nice strike.
Builder is rocked!
The cut above Bob Builder's eye is starting to cause him problems now.
Poffo cracks Builder on the jaw with a powerful right hand and Builder falls backwards against the cage. Poffo follows up with more strikes that drop Builder to his knees. Poffo keeps the pressure on and the referee jumps in to save Builder! This one is all over!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:44 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Mario Poffo!
