Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Mike Barnes (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Lewis Tsushima (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Barnes comes to the cage accompanied by Black Eyed Peas - Imma Be. Tsushima has chosen Eminem - Till I Collapse as his entrance music. Well, I have no idea who's going to take this one!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 2 rounds, in the super heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
10 - 2 - 1, fighting out of London, Mike Barnes! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
15 - 5 - 1, fighting out of Tokyo, Lewis Tsushima! The judges for this bout are James Glass, James Atkins and Andrew Berry.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Tsushima closes the distance and clinches up with Barnes, looking for a takedown. Tsushima pushes Barnes against the cage but Barnes circles to the side and manages to break the clinch. Tsushima drops his hands and takes a jab to the jaw for his troubles. Mike Barnes seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Barnes throws a predictable looking body shot
and Tsushima counters with a straight right hand. Tsushima moves into range and lands a nice leg kick. Barnes throws a right hand that misses
and he gets countered with a snapping leg kick. Barnes throws a left and a right that both miss
and Tsushima counters with a nice leg kick. Tsushima throws a wild body kick that Barnes sees coming a mile off. Barnes gets cracked there but stands up to it.
Tsushima connects with an inside leg kick. Tsushima steps to the side to avoid the strikes from Barnes. Barnes misses with a lunging right hand
and Tsushima counters with a nice jab to the body that keeps Barnes thinking. Barnes looks to throw a body kick and Tsushima counters with a thumping low kick. Barnes throws a lazy uppercut
and Tsushima counters with a thumping low kick.
That's one minute gone in the round. Barnes scores with a reasonable looking shot to the body. Tsushima doesn't seem bothered though. Barnes missing with a left hand there. Tsushima was out of range so wasted energy throwing that one. Barnes scoring well with a low kick there.
Barnes misses the body punch and Tsushima counters with a shoot takedown. Barnes fights it but they end up in guard. Barnes is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive. Tsushima cracks Barnes with a solid left hand. Tsushima controlling from the guard. I say controlling but really, he's stalling. Barnes wants to sweep but no luck. Tsushima throws a big right hand that misses. Tsushima postures up to throw the ground and pound strikes but they don't connect.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Tsushima is frustrating his opponent with some stalling tactics from top position. Barnes utilising some decent striking defenses from the guard, preventing the ground and pound. Tsushima sitting in guard here, content to control. Tsushima is looking to work some ground and pound but Barnes has wrist control. Tsushima is frustrating his opponent with some stalling tactics from top position. We've had a lack of effective grappling in the last minute or so, which could well see a referee standup. Barnes looking to hit a scissor sweep but Tsushima is one step ahead there.
OK we're going to have a standup here. Lewis Tsushima hasn't been effective enough on the ground and the referee wants a restart. Barnes swings for the body but Tsushima moves out of range.
That's three minutes gone in the round. A low kick from Barnes is predictable there enabling Tsushima to counter with a crisp jab. Mike Barnes is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs. Barnes moves into the clinch. Barnes misses with a body punch.
The pace really dropping off here, momentarily. A real battle for position is taking place between these two warriors. Tsushima lands a right hand that snaps the head of Barnes backwards. Barnes lands a nice looking hook to the body, against the cage. Tsushima lands a body punch - he's looking to wear down Barnes. Tsushima tried to land a shot to the body but connects with Barnes's elbow. Barnes misses with a body punch.
Barnes wants to break the clinch but can't.
An uppercut on the inside fails to land for Barnes. Tsushima prevents Barnes from breaking the clinch. Tsushima keeps control of Barnes as he tries to wriggle out of the double underhooks. A body shot lands from Tsushima.

Barnes has had enough of the clinch and is looking to separate.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Tsushima prevents the takedown attempt.
Barnes wants to stall.

Barnes tried to land a shot to the body but connects with Tsushima's elbow. Barnes is trying to break free. Barnes tries to throw a body punch but Tsushima avoids it by throwing Barnes back against the cage. Barnes has had enough of the clinch and is looking to separate. Barnes being controlled against the cage. Barnes wants to push off and get back to the center of the mat but Tsushima has him pressed against the cage. Still in the clinch, Tsushima scores with a nice short uppercut. The pace really dropping off here, momentarily. Barnes breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end. Tsushima takes a jab right on the kisser.
That kick from Tsushima tenderised Barnes's leg. Barnes is trying to keep his angry face on. A low kick from Barnes is predictable there and Tsushima counters nicely by changing levels and landing a hook to the body. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Lewis Tsushima dominated that round. That's time! Back to the action! So, we enter the final round. Let's see if either fighter can bring us a finish, or whether we're going to the judges scorecards.
Tsushima closes the distance and gets a double leg, slamming Barnes to the mat! Barnes manages to get full guard. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Tsushima stops Barnes from standing up. Barnes working a defensive guard here.
Barnes wants to sweep but no luck. Barnes is working hard here to advance position. Tsushima not doing a lot at the moment. He'll have to show some more aggression or the fight will get stood up.
The ref stands the fighters back up because Mike Barnes just wasn't active enough. Barnes scores with a reasonable looking shot to the body. Tsushima doesn't seem bothered though. Tsushima throws a leg kick and Barnes counters with a series of strikes. Tsushima will be more careful next time no doubt. Tsushima looking to land some kicks to the body here.

and Barnes connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle. Barnes misses with a leg kick and Tsushima counters with an inside leg kick. Barnes checks the leg kick. Barnes lands with a thumping leg kick.
A bone on bone clash there as Tsushima blocks the leg kick.
Barnes is hobbling a little on that front leg after taking quite a few leg kicks so far in this fight. Barnes throws a leg kick and Tsushima decides to take the opportunity to score a takedown. He's landed in Barnes's guard. Tsushima controlling from the top position. Tsushima scoring with punches to the head and body. Tsushima is taking a break and basically stalling. The referee will not allow him to do that for long. Barnes wants to sweep here but Tsushima controlling him for the moment.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Tsushima passes easily into side control. Nice work. Tsushima connects with a decent looking elbow from side control that caused Barnes some visible discomfort.
Barnes is not content to let Tsushima control the position. Tsushima taking a breather here. Tsushima scores with punches from side control. We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! Barnes can't do much from the bottom here.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Tsushima staying calm. Barnes tries to work a leg under to get back to half guard but Tsushima wriggles his own leg back out and remains in side control. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. A lull in the action here as Tsushima stalls from top position. Barnes is holding Tsushima down, trying to stall. Barnes misses with an elbow from the bottom. Lewis Tsushima is fighting for a decision here - he's started to take the cautious approach. Barnes wants to get back to his feet but Tsushima drags him back down.
That's four minutes gone in the round. The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena. Barnes tries to get back to half guard but can't. Barnes gets one leg under and gets the fight to half guard. Barnes on the receiving end of some nice ground and pound. Tsushima content to sit in half guard and control for a moment. Let's hope that Tsushima has the urge to step up the pace any second now because for the last 15 or 20 seconds he's just been holding on tight. Mike Barnes has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here! Barnes has no desire to be mounted, so is trying to control. Tsushima is working away from the top position though. Tsushima slows the pace down in half guard.
And that's the end of the fight! Lewis Tsushima comfortably won the final round on my scorecard. Well Tsushima has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
