Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Keith Domermuth (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Bill Goldberg (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). The crowd giving both fighters a great reception on their way into the arena. That's good to see.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
4 - 1 - 0, fighting out of New York, Keith Domermuth! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
0 - 1 - 0, fighting out of New York, Bill Goldberg! The judges for this bout are Jonathan Paton, Bruno Lombardi and Steve Montenegro.
 The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Goldberg closes the distance and presses his opponent up against the cage.
Goldberg ties up his opponent against the cage and manages to drag the fight down to the ground. Goldberg no doubt will be looking to work submissions from his guard. Goldberg looking to sweep here. No luck so far.
Domermuth stands up from guard. Let's bang! Goldberg tries to clinch but Domermuth moves out of range. Domermuth will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.
Goldberg shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Let's see what he's got on the mat. Goldberg is stalling in the full guard. Domermuth wants to stand but Goldberg is controlling the position. Goldberg stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Domermuth swivels though and keeps the full guard. Domermuth tries to land a sweep but no joy.
 That's one minute gone in the round. Domermuth wants to stand and escape but Goldberg is having none of it. Domermuth keeping moving, preventing Goldberg from controlling successfully. The referee claps his hands together and tells the fighters to work.
 The ref stands the fighters back up. Bill Goldberg was stalling too much, according to the referee.
Domermuth shoots in for a takedown! He's got it and he's managed to land in full mount! That's better than Domermuth was expecting from the takedown attempt, I'm sure! Domermuth avoids the attempt from Goldberg to control. Goldberg can't escape the position.

Goldberg is looking to get to half guard. Goldberg is squirming around, avoiding Domermuth's attempts to control the action. Goldberg is trying to escape the mount.
Domermuth tries to control but Goldberg wriggling away.

Domermuth wants to finish this one by submission but Goldberg is holding onto his waist, trying to prevent any attacks from Domermuth.

Domermuth wants to control but instead Goldberg manages to regain half guard. Domermuth is trying to control the action in half guard but Goldberg is working away on the bottom, looking perhaps to get back to full guard. Goldberg regains full guard. Nicely done. Goldberg bucks up whilst keeping hold of a body lock, managing to reverse the position. Now he's in top in Domermuth's guard. And that�s the end of the round � the fighters go back to their corners.
That was a close round but I would say that Keith Domermuth will probably get the nod. The fighters' corners scream their final instructions, as the referee calls time. Here we go, back to the action!
Goldberg misses with a takedown and Domermuth cracks him with a counter punch right on the button.

Domermuth is working actively off his back, looking to secure an arm or perhaps work for a triangle. Domermuth wants to get back to his feet but Goldberg is in a dominant position and won't allow it. Goldberg controls from within his opponent's guard.
Goldberg stands and steps away. Domermuth gets to his feet too and we're back to the striking game.

and Goldberg counters with a nice shoot takedown that brings the fighters to the ground. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Goldberg tries to free his leg and advance position but Domermuth is retaining full guard. Domermuth wants to stand up but Goldberg is controlling him. Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here. Goldberg wants to stand and escape but instead Domermuth has hit a sweep and he's now on top in guard. Domermuth being controlled here momentarily.

Bill Goldberg has got the better of the ground game so far. Domermuth is looking to stand up but Goldberg won't let him. Goldberg wants to sweep but no luck.
 The ref stands the fighters back up, due to lack of action by Bill Goldberg. Domermuth has his takedown stuffed
and Goldberg counters with a nice double leg into guard.
 That's three minutes gone in the round. Goldberg is working the ground and pound from guard. He might want to try advancing position though to get more of an impact. Goldberg wants to pass the guard but Domermuth is keeping the position.
Goldberg gets to his feet. Domermuth looking to butt scoot but the ref puts an end to that. On your feet son! Like a baseball bat into the meat of his leg there - nice leg kick by Goldberg.
Bill Goldberg seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Goldberg bobs and weaves and throws out a fast jab that snaps Domermuth's head backwards.
Goldberg scores with a takedown into Domermuth's guard. Goldberg must be cautious of submissions here, given that his opponent has the superior Jiu Jitsu. Domermuth being controlled here, momentarily.

Goldberg decides to stand up and beckons his opponent to follow.
Goldberg manages to get an easy takedown there - catching Domermuth on his heels. He'll look to pass Domermuth's guard now, I'm sure. As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. Goldberg is just sitting in guard, looking to avoid any submissions. Domermuth wants to get back to his feet but Goldberg is in a dominant position and won't allow it. And that�s the end of the round � the fighters go back to their corners.
Bill Goldberg showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards. OK. That's time! The bell goes and we're back to the action. The crowd applaud as we get ready to start the final round!

Goldberg trying to pass the guard but can't manage it just yet. Domermuth is looking to stand up but Goldberg isn't so interested in that idea. Both fighters are breathing heavily. Goldberg looking to sit in guard and control but Domermuth gets the butterfly guard and sweeps. He's now in the guard on the top.

 That's two minutes gone in the round. The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so. Goldberg is looking to improve his position but Domermuth isn't that keen on the idea. Domermuth trying to control but Goldberg is having none of it. Domermuth controlling from mount. Goldberg is desperately trying to get back to half guard.
 That's three minutes gone in the round. Domermuth trying to control but Goldberg is having none of it. Goldberg working to try and regain half guard.
Goldberg tries to hold on but Domermuth postures up.
Domermuth has isolated one of Goldberg's arms. Goldberg looking to fight him off but Domermuth twists into an armbar. It's tight... Will he tap?? YES, he's tapped! This one is all over!
