Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between George Randalman (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Tommy Tortuga (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Tommy Tortuga is the more experienced fighter, so let's see if that makes a difference tonight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, George Randalman! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
1 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Tommy Tortuga! The judges for this bout are Dillan Fox, Ian Loll and Steve Smith.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Randalman tries to clinch up and Tortuga decides to take the opportunity to score a takedown. He's landed in Randalman's guard. Randalman manages to sweep nicely, so he's now on top. Tortuga manages to get himself to full guard.
Randalman wants to control from the top but Tortuga keeps moving. Tortuga looking for submissions from the bottom here. Moving his hips around, possibly looking for an armbar.
Tortuga keeping moving, preventing Randalman from controlling successfully. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Tortuga wants to sweep here but Randalman controlling him for the moment. Tortuga is persisting with the attempt to improve his position.
That's one minute gone in the round. Randalman trying to control but Tortuga is working from the bottom. The referee must be thinking about standing these guys back up.
The ref stands the fighters back up. George Randalman wasn't doing enough on the ground. Randalman scores with a one two! Tortuga had his feet all tangled up there and couldn't avoid the strikes. Tortuga moves into the clinch successfully.
Tortuga is trying to trip Randalman. He has hold of a leg but Randalman is hopping around, keeping his balance for the moment. Tortuga persists though and gets the takedown into guard. Tortuga drops back looking for a leg! Randalman is in trouble here! The fighters roll with the hold and Randalman manages to kick Tortuga off! Tortuga jumps back into Randalman's guard. Tortuga stopping the sweep attempt from Randalman. Tortuga not doing a lot at the moment. He'll have to show some more aggression or the fight will get stood up.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Tortuga stops Randalman from standing up. Randalman wants to sweep but no luck. Tortuga prevents Randalman from getting back to his feet. Randalman looking to hit a scissor sweep but Tortuga is one step ahead there. The referee is asking the fighters to pick up the pace. Tortuga stays in close to Randalman's body and controls the position.
OK we're going to have a standup here. Tommy Tortuga hasn't been effective enough on the ground and the referee wants a restart. Randalman misses with a takedown attempt and Tortuga counters with a nice shoot takedown that brings the fighters to the ground. Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Tortuga stands and throws Randalman's legs to the side, diving into side control. Tortuga really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Randalman. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out. Randalman wants to control but Tortuga postures up.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Tortuga decides to take the fight back to the feet. Tortuga has taken the fight to the clinch.
Randalman has had enough of the clinch but Tortuga keeps him there for the moment. Randalman swings away with an uppercut that misses.
Tortuga lands a nice trip takedown into half guard.
Randalman is looking for a sweep. Tortuga is wise to his cunning plan and keeps the top position. Tortuga is looking for a kimura here.
Randalman manages to get to full guard.
Tortuga must be cautious of submissions here, given that his opponent has the superior Jiu Jitsu.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Tortuga in full guard, throwing the ground and pound. No damage this time. Tortuga controls from within his opponent's guard. Tortuga throwing strikes from guard but Randalman blocks nicely. Tortuga stands up from Randalman's guard - Tortuga perhaps looking for a knockout. The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end. Randalman with a poor takedown and Tortuga counters by moving into the clinch. Tortuga gets a nice trip takedown into half guard. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Tommy Tortuga dominated that round. That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action.
Tortuga closes the distance and presses his opponent up against the cage. Tortuga breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat. Tortuga shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Randalman pushes Tortuga off looking to stand but Tortuga dives back in and keeps control.
Tortuga controlling the action here. Tortuga with the ground and pound but Randalman uses the opportunity to regain guard. Tortuga working some strikes from top position. Tortuga stops Randalman from standing up.
That's one minute gone in the round. Randalman is working from a closed guard but he's struggling to control his opponent. Randalman keeping full guard, as Tortuga tries to pass. Randalman wants to stand and escape but Tortuga is having none of it. Randalman is working from a closed guard but he's struggling to control his opponent. We must be close to a standup if these guys don't pick up the pace. Tortuga slips nicely into half guard, despite the strikes coming from Randalman. Tortuga is thinking about going for an arm triangle but he can't free his leg.
Tortuga stands up and beckons Randalman to join him on the feet.
That's two minutes gone in the round. The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so. Randalman wants to clinch but Tortuga slips to the side and Tortuga counters with a single leg into guard. Randalman didn't expect that. Tortuga got a little sloppy there for a moment and Randalman has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Tortuga has managed to get both his arms back between Randalman's legs - danger averted. Tommy Tortuga has got the better of the ground game so far. Tortuga sneaks a leg through and gets to half guard. That was like a knife through butter how easily he passed Randalman's guard. Tortuga is pressing down on Randalman's thigh, looking to free his foot. Randalman is holding on for now. Randalman could do with loosing a few pounds - he looks very soft around the mid section, to put it politely. Tortuga takes a deep breath and rests his weight momentarily on top of his opponent, to control the position. Randalman is trying to stand up here but Tortuga is controlling him well. Neither fighter is being very active at the moment, with Tortuga in particular looking to stall.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Randalman wants to control but Tortuga is keeping busy.
The referee decides to stand the fighters back up. Excellent takedown into side control there by Tortuga. Randalman gives up the full mount - oops, sloppy defensive grappling there! Randalman is looking to get to half guard.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Tortuga controlling the position easily from mount. Tortuga misses with a head shot. Randalman holding onto his opponent's waist for dear life, as Tortuga tries to land some strikes to get him to release his grip.
Randalman is writhing around trying to get back to his feet. Randalman is looking to improve his position but Tortuga isn't that keen on the idea. Tortuga stands up from the dominant position, so we're back on the feet. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Tommy Tortuga showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards. The minute break is over - no more time for sponges and pep talks - back to the action! This is the final round!
Randalman doesn't succeed with the takedown and Tortuga moves into the clinch. Randalman tries to jump guard but he falls flat on his backside. Tortuga smiles and moves away.

That's going to take a lot out of him. Tortuga would like to get this fight back to the feet but can't get free from the closed guard. Randalman being controlled here, momentarily. Neither fighter is being very active at the moment, with Tortuga in particular looking to stall. Randalman wants to control the action here but instead Tortuga manages to pass to full mount! Randalman working to try and regain half guard.

Randalman tries to lock up and control but Tortuga gives him a forearm to the face and pushes him away. Tortuga sends his fist crashing into the mat - the crowd let out a collective ooooooh. Let's hope he's not broken it! Randalman tries to get back to half guard but can't. Tortuga has been the more effective fighter overall so far. Tortuga controlling from the full mount. Tortuga misses with a head shot.

Tortuga looking to control and managing it successfully. Randalman tries to hold on but Tortuga postures up. Randalman defends a decent attempt at a guillotine from Tortuga.
That's four minutes gone in the round. My god... these two guys really need to pick up the pace or everyone will leave to go get a beer. Randalman blocking the ground and pound. Randalman reaches up to try and control the position but Tortuga seems to have an arm triangle now! Uh oh! Randalman rolls and tries to escape and now Tortuga has his back!
Tortuga is remaining active here, looking for the choke. The more discerning members of the crowd will appreciate his efforts.
Randalman trying to get back to his feet but Tortuga is in full control for now. Tortuga tries to get the hooks in deep but Randalman pushed the leg off.
And that's the end of the fight! Tommy Tortuga comfortably won the final round on my scorecard. I've got Tortuga winning every round here. Surely the decision will go his way and he'll pick up a well deserved decision victory. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
