Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Ground Pound (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Kung Lao (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Lao is bouncing up and down as he enters the arena, backed by http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=EAwWPadFsOA. Pound is coming into this fight with a significant injury, which will no doubt have an effect on his cardio. Ground Pound had a look across the cage there at his opponent. He definitely means business

Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Lao plants his feet and lands a nice head kick!
Pound is breathing heavily.
Lao lands a high kick!
Lao stalks Pound and leaps in with a furious combination of punches. Uppercuts and crosses smash into Pound's face. Pound staggers backwards, shaken.
Nice body kick there by Lao.
Lao throws a head kick that looked like it stung.
This has been an exciting period of action!
Lao fakes a jab and scores with a low kick.
Lao throws a head kick but Pound moves out of range.
Lao goes for a high kick. It partially lands.
Lao throws a sloppy head kick and Pound moves out of range easily.
Lao bobs and weaves and throws out a fast jab that snaps Pound's head backwards.
Pound seems to be squinting his left eye. Perhaps he got a poke in that previous exchange. Lao shows no mercy and swarms him with a barage of strikes! Pound is backing up but Lao catches him with a final right hook that drops him! Pound covers up and the referee steps in to end the fight! Lao Jumps to his feet and flashes his guns to the crowd. Oh yeah, baby! How'd you like them apples?!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:49 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Kung Lao!
