Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Augustus Cole (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Josh Howell (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Summer Carpenter, Steve Erwin and Skip Squint.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Howell takes an uppercut right on the button but keeps his composure.
Cole bobs and weaves and throws out a fast jab that snaps Howell's head backwards.
Howell clinches up against the cage.
Cole breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.
Howell is looking to clinch but Cole is avoiding it.
Cole feints a straight left to the body, then turns around with a flashy move and hits Howells jaw with a dramatic spinning back fist!
Cole misses with a hook to the body
and Howell holds on and brings the fighters into a clinch.
Howell blocks an uppercut.
Cole throws a punch but it's blocked by Howell.
Howell lands a right hand.
Howell is looking to score with knees to the body. Maybe he'll change it up and go body then head. Cole is defending well for now.

Well, the referee has seen enough. Neither fighter is active enough on the ground so he's stood them back up.

The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena.
Cole misses with a looping right.
Cole throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land.
Howell drops his hands and takes a jab to the jaw for his troubles.
Howell walks straight into an uppercut. Luckily it didn't land flush.
Howell does a little shimmy and throws a leg kick. The leg kick missed by a considerable margin though, making him look a little bit silly for doing the shimmy.
Cole bobs and weaves into range and then changes levels and scores with a nice takedown into side control.
A bit of a lull in the action here.
Howell tries to work a leg under to get back to half guard but Cole wriggles his own leg back out and remains in side control.

Josh Howell comfortably won the final round on my scorecard.
