Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Kp OKane (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Ji Hong Cheng (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of London, Kp OKane! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of London, Ji Hong Cheng! The judges for this bout are William Gold, James Atkins and Sam Margolis.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! OKane has his takedown stuffed and Cheng counters with a takedown into side control. Cheng stands up and we're back to a striking position. Cheng shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Oh and he's advanced to full mount straight away. Cheng is standing up, even though he is in mount. OKane tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Cheng was well out of range. Poor timing from OKane. OKane misses with a takedown so Cheng counters with a double leg into guard. Good agility. We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! Cheng pushes down on OKane's leg and manages to get into half guard. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Cheng is thinking about going for an arm triangle but he can't free his leg.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Cheng gets to his feet - back to striking we go!
That's one minute gone in the round. OKane moves in looking to clinch but Cheng pushes him off. OKane wants to clinch up but Cheng keeps it at a distance. OKane gets caught on his heels momentarily as he allows Cheng to score an easy takedown into full guard. OKane is looking to get back to his feet but can't, whilst Cheng is controlling him. Cheng slows down the pace of the fight, as he sits in guard. OKane is working an open guard so Cheng takes the opportunity to get back to his feet.
That's two minutes gone in the round. OKane uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Cheng.
OKane gets his takedown attempt stuffed easily and Cheng counters with a nice shoot takedown that brings the fighters to the ground. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Kp OKane. That's going to take a lot out of him. OKane is breathing heavily. Cheng lands a couple of decent looking shots. Cheng with a couple of shots to the head there. Not particularly brutal. Cheng slows down the pace of the fight for a moment. He'll need to remain active if he doesn't want to see the fight stood back up. Cheng prevents OKane from getting back to his feet. Cheng slips nicely into half guard.
That's three minutes gone in the round. OKane pushes Cheng off looking to stand but Cheng dives back in and keeps control.
Cheng decides to return to a standing position. Cheng shoots in for a takedown! He's got it and he's managed to land in full mount! That's better than Cheng was expecting from the takedown attempt, I'm sure! The fighters are starting to get a bit slippery now, which will make submissions a bit more difficult. OKane is trying to stand but he's just given Cheng his back. Cheng trying to secure his dominant position for a moment - making sure OKane doesn't escape. OKane wants to get back to his feet.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Cheng scores with a nice shot to the head of his opponent. OKane is looking for a way out. Cheng working for a RNC but it's not happening just yet. Cheng keeps control of the position easily here as OKane tries to buck him off.
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. It looks like Cheng might be adopting somewhat of a lay and pray gameplan here, which I'm sure won't go down too well with the paying fans in attendance... Or the ring announcers come to think of it. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Ji Hong Cheng dominated that round. That's the end of the round. The referee orders the cornermen out of the cage so we can get back down to business.
Cheng drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Cheng happy to just control the position for now. Cheng stands up. Kp OKane is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things. OKane with a nice looking leg kick. You could hear that one land in a back row.
Cheng is breathing heavily.
That's one minute gone in the round. OKane has closed the distance and engaged Cheng in a clinch.
Cheng gets underhooks to prevent OKane's takedown attempt.
Cheng is trying to break the clinch but OKane is controlling him. OKane manages to break the clinch.
OKane feints with a shoulder and throws a nice leg kick to Cheng's calf. OKane gets to the clinch - let's see what his plan is here. OKane tries to land knees in the clinch but Cheng avoids the damage to the body. Cheng wants to break the clinch but can't.
OKane's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does. Cheng tries a switch kick but it misses it's target. OKane tries to clinch but Cheng moves away and Cheng counters with a nice single leg takedown and he's in OKane's guard now. Cheng passes into half guard. Cheng prevents OKane from standing back up.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Cheng working some ground and pound from close in. He's looking to maintain this position and strike for a while by the looks of things... although he'll probably advance to full mount in a minute now I've said that. OKane pushes Cheng off looking to stand but Cheng dives back in and keeps control.
Cheng moves into full mount! OKane won't be happy about that! Cheng stands up from the dominant position. He obviously fancies his chances standing. The crowd are loving this. Great action here. Cheng shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Let's see what he's got on the mat. OKane being controlled here, momentarily.
That's three minutes gone in the round. OKane pushes Cheng off and scrambles back to his feet.
Cheng tries to clinch but OKane moves out of range. Cheng dodges the punch combination from OKane.
OKane throws a series of punches but Cheng avoids them all with ease. Cheng tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it. A telegraphed takedown attempt from Cheng is defended easily by OKane. OKane misses with a series of wild punches.
OKane moves into the clinch. OKane is trying to break the clinch but Cheng has him pressed against the cage. OKane breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
OKane is looking to take this fight into the clinch. OKane fails with the takedown and Cheng counters with a nice double leg into half guard. The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end. OKane wants to get back to his feet. Cheng stands up out of the half guard. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Ji Hong Cheng showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards. That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action. Let's hear some noise people - this is the final round!

and OKane counters with a body kick. OKane with a poor takedown and Cheng counters with a takedown into full mount! That could mean trouble for OKane! Cheng has been the more effective fighter overall so far. Cheng looking for an armbar but decides to keep the dominant position instead. Cheng content just to control the position here. OKane knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Cheng on the ground. Cheng punishing his opponent with strikes. Both fighters are breathing heavily. Cheng cracks OKane with a nasty head shot there - the crowd let out an audible gasp there, as the noise reverberated around the arena.
That's one minute gone in the round. Cheng with good strikes from the mount here! Cheng controlling from mount. OKane defends a decent attempt at a guillotine from Cheng. OKane suckers Cheng into throwing a sloppy strike and uses the momentum to reverse the position beautifully! OKane is now in Cheng's guard!

That's two minutes gone in the round. There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action. Cheng is trying to control the position from the bottom.
OKane stopping the sweep attempt from Cheng. Cheng working the defensive guard well to avoid strikes from OKane. Cheng wants to stand but OKane is controlling the position. OKane in full guard, throwing the ground and pound. No damage this time. OKane trying to control but Cheng is working from the bottom. OKane is looking to stand up but Cheng won't let him.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Cheng avoiding any damage from the ground and pound. OKane postures up.
Neither fighter is doing enough for the referee's liking and he's decided to stand them back up. OKane gets his takedown attempt stuffed easily and Cheng counters with a nice shoot takedown that brings the fighters to the ground. OKane is looking to get back to his feet but can't, whilst Cheng is controlling him. Cheng looking to pass the guard. OKane is looking to get back to his feet but can't, whilst Cheng is controlling him.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Cheng seems content to control from guard here. He's going to have to remain active though if he doesn't want to get stood back up. The referee is pacing around the two fighters - he looks like he's thinking about a standup. Cheng scores with a decent looking elbow strike. Kp OKane has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here! Cheng won't allow OKane to get back to his feet. Cheng is working OKane over from the guard. He should look to pass the guard and do a little more damage with these strikes. Ji Hong Cheng is fighting for a decision here - he's started to take the cautious approach. OKane is looking to get back to his feet but can't, whilst Cheng is controlling him.
And that's the end of the fight! Ji Hong Cheng comfortably won the final round on my scorecard. I've got Cheng winning every round here. Surely the decision will go his way and he'll pick up a well deserved decision victory. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
