The bell rings for round one and we are underway! A head kick by Gucio misses and Chow counters by moving into the clinch. Chow's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does. Gucio stuffs the takedown. Gucio dives in and grabs Chow's left leg, looking for a takedown. Chow pushes down on Gucio's head and hops out. Gucio takes a shot right to the liver - Bas would have been proud of that punch. Chow misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
Gucio misses with a straight right. Some wild striking there from Chow.
Gucio clinches up against the cage. Gucio is trying to stall.
Chow lands a nice elbow from the clinch.
It looks like Karol Gucio has been cut. Chow breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat. Gucio lands with a nice combination. Chow backs away looking to recover.

Gucio shoots in for a takedown but Chow shows good takedown defense. Gucio dives in and grabs Chow's left leg, looking for a takedown. Chow pushes down on Gucio's head and hops out. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Karol Gucio. That's going to take a lot out of him. A telegraphed takedown attempt from Gucio is defended easily by Chow. Chow misses with a head kick.

Nice sprawl there from Chow as Gucio shoots in. Gucio is breathing heavily. Chow closes the distance and presses his opponent up against the cage. Chow is trying to wear down his opponent with knees to the body. Chow lands a knee to the head.

Gucio sees a low kick coming and goes to check it, but it's actually a body kick and it thuds into his unprotected ribs. Chow lands three nice shots there - that looked like it hurt!

That's four minutes gone in the round. Gucio stumbles momentarily as he takes a strong leg kick from Chow. Chow throws a head kick that misses. Chow rushes Gucio and pushes him back against the cage in a clinch. Chow manages to break the clinch.

and Chow counters with a leg kick. Gucio closes the distance and clinches. Chow lands an elbow that stopped Gucio in his tracks for a moment. Gucio takes a knee to the side of the body. Chow with the Thai clinch, lands a knee to the head. As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. Chow's corner are urging him to control the action in the clinch for a moment, rather than mount any serious offense. I'm sure the crowd appreciate those instructions... not. Chow unloads a knee to the mid-section. Gucio lets out a prehistoric sounding urrrrgh. Kneeeeees! The crowd are calling for knees to the body. Chow obliges. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Sing Chow dominated that round. The cut man is working on Karol Gucio's cut. That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action.

Chow throws a quick head kick that skims the top of Gucio's head. Gucio takes a head kick and shrugs it off.
Karol Gucio is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things. Chow keeps Gucio at a distance using the push kick. Gucio chopped to the floor by a nice leg kick but he springs right back up before Chow can pounce on him.
The fight moves into the clinch position. Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here. Chow is looking to score with knees to the body. Maybe he'll change it up and go body then head. Gucio is defending well for now.
That's one minute gone in the round. The referee is keeping an eye on Chow - much more stalling and he will separate the fighters.

This is turning into a torrid day at the office for Gucio. He's trying desperately to land a takedown but he's failing miserably and getting slapped silly on the feet to compound his misery. Chow goes for a high kick. It partially lands.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Gucio darts in and clinches Chow up against the cage. Chow lands a good knee to the midsection. Gucio won't want to take too many of those. Chow scores with a knee to the head.
Chow escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.

Chow throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Gucio's waist but Gucio gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Chow off to one side. Chow fakes and then throws a beautiful body shot. Gucio looks a bit winded and takes a step backwards to take a breath. Chow looks to clinch and Gucio counters with a driving takedown into guard. Nice work there by Gucio.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Gucio is just sitting in guard, looking to avoid any submissions. Gucio's ground tactics aren't going to win him many fans. Let's hope he's got fireworks for us if he gets back to his feet because he's not doing much on the ground. Chow controls Gucio momentarily but Gucio frees himself.
That's four minutes gone in the round. There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action.
It looks like we're going to have a standup here. Neither fighter is doing enough on the ground. Chow lands with a slapping head kick. Chow pushes forward with a 1-2 combination that forces Gucio back to the cage. Chow follows up with a solid lead hook to the liver. Chow cracks the inside of Gucio's front leg. Chow misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
Gucio clinches up against the cage. Chow lands an elbow that stopped Gucio in his tracks for a moment. Chow tries to land a knee to the head but misses.
Chow manages to break the clinch.
Chow lands with an uppercut that bounces Gucio off the cage and back into rage. Sing Chow seems to be getting the better of the standup. Gucio drives through and clinches with Chow against the cage.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Sing Chow showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards. The cut man is working on Karol Gucio's cut. The fighters' corners scream their final instructions, as the referee calls time. Here we go, back to the action! So, we enter the final round. Let's see if either fighter can bring us a finish, or whether we're going to the judges scorecards.
Chow tries to clinch but Gucio is having none of it. Gucio tries to check the leg kick but that clearly hurt him. Chow throws a sloppy head kick and Gucio moves out of range easily. Gucio throws the overhand right but ducks down into a quick takedown attempt. Chow was covering up waiting for the punch and Gucio finishes the takedown easily into guard. Gucio sneaks a leg through and gets to half guard. That was like a knife through butter how easily he passed Chow's guard. Chow trying to control but Gucio postures up.
Both fighters are breathing heavily.
That's one minute gone in the round. Chow pushes Gucio off looking to stand but Gucio dives back in and keeps control.
Chow really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Gucio. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out. Gucio controlling the pace.
That's two minutes gone in the round. A lull in the action here being met with boos from the crowd. We've had a lack of effective grappling in the last minute or so, which could well see a referee standup.
It looks like we're going to have a standup here. Neither fighter is doing enough on the ground. Gucio has taken the fight to the clinch.
Gucio looks like he'd prefer to be striking at range right now. Chow breaks from the clinch.
Chow throws a right and a left that both miss. Gucio throws a lazy head kick and Chow counters with a nice low kick that buckles Gucio's knee momentarily. Gucio blocks a head kick by Chow.
Gucio doesn't succeed with the takedown and Chow counters with a flying knee. Nice. Chow throws a sloppy head kick and Gucio counters with a driving takedown into guard. Nice work there by Gucio. Sing Chow is fighting for a decision here - he's started to take the cautious approach.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Gucio stopping the sweep attempt from Chow. Gucio trying to control but Chow is working from the bottom. Gucio prevents Chow from getting back to his feet.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless. Gucio works a leg free and moves into half guard. Chow wants to get back to his feet.
Chow tries to get to full guard but Gucio has control of the leg. Gucio has freed up his trapped foot and advances to mount.
And that's the end of the fight! Karol Gucio showed his dominance in that final round. I think Chow has won this one but let's see whether the judges agree with me. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
