Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Court McGee (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Hades Hammer (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Court McGee could well score a knockout today. He has the power to get to Hades Hammer's chin.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Hammer with a poor takedown
and McGee counters with a takedown into full mount! That could mean trouble for Hammer!
McGee has control of Hammer's right arm, working for a kimura. It's a bit of a token attempt though and Hammer regains control of the situation pretty easily.
McGee controlling from mount.
Hammer regains half guard.
McGee stands up from half guard... He's had enough of that ground malarky for the time being.
McGee is breathing heavily.
Hammer shoots in but doesn't get the takedown
so McGee counters with a double leg into guard. Good agility.

Hammer is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive.
Hammer working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. McGee doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. McGee manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem.
McGee is intent on slowing down the pace of the fight, simply looking to control.

There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action.
Hammer wants to sweep here but McGee controlling him for the moment.

Horrible takedown by Hammer or perhaps it was just good defense by McGee which made him look bad.

McGee shoots in looking for a takedown but Hammer manages to keep the fight standing, pushing McGee's face into the canvas for good measure before circling away.
McGee swats away the attempt to clinch by Hammer.
Hammer tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion.

Hammer lands a jab. Then a cross. Then finally a nice hook to the body. Good work there by Hammer.
It looks like Court McGee has been cut.
The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end.

Hammer is looking to clinch but McGee is avoiding it.

Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it.

Hammer rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but McGee moves out of range and avoids them all easily.

Hammer shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with McGee but McGee pushes him off and we're back to square one.

and Hammer counters with a nice body shot.
Hammer fails to land with the punch combination there - jab, cross, hook, miss, miss, miss.

Hammer is trying to drag McGee to the mat but McGee just about manages to keep his footing. He used the cage to his advantage there.

Hammer has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but McGee can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Hammer is looking to stand up but McGee isn't so interested in that idea.
Hammer wants to sweep here but McGee controlling him for the moment.

Hammer lands a beautiful switch and he's in full mount! That could spell trouble for McGee!

Hammer thowing strikes but they're hitting the gloves, not doing any damage.
McGee tries to hold on but Hammer postures up.

A few boos can be heard. I'm sure they will multiply if the fighters don't pick up the pace.

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Hammer throws some wild stikes that McGee manages to avoid easily.
McGee tries to lock up and control but Hammer gives him a forearm to the face and pushes him away.
McGee is trying desperately to improve position.
Hammer can't quite control the action as he would like just now, as McGee is looking to escape.

The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight.

Hammer wants to stand but McGee is holding on to him, trying to stop him posturing up.

Hades Hammer comfortably won the final round on my scorecard.
I think Hammer has won this one but let's see whether the judges agree with me. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
