Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Salocin Zerep (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Mike Jones (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). I'm sure you'll be fascinated to know that I was talking to some pointless Z list celebrity before the fight and he thought that Mike Jones was going to win. Let's see if he was right.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Zerep lands a two punch combo.
Jones keeps the fight on the outside.
No joy there for Zerep, who threw a few shots but didn't land.
Jones fakes a jab and then connects with a hook.
Zerep ducks under a wild hook from Jones.

Zerep throws out a token jab with nothing on it.
Sloppy strikes from Zerep. Those never looked like landing.
Zerep throws a lazy right hand but Jones sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily.

and Zerep counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head.
Jones tries to move into range but Zerep moves to the side and lands with a nice right hand.
Jones loads up on a big right hand but Zerep slips the punch.
A telegraphed right hand from Zerep misses the target.
Jones misses with a lunging right hand
and Zerep counters nicely by changing levels and landing a hook to the body.
Jones misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.
Zerep misses with a left hand
enabling Jones to counter with a crisp jab.
Jones is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by Zerep.
Jones throws an ugly left hook that misses
and Jones takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles.
Zerep looks to score with a jab to the body but Jones is just out of range.
Zerep is really head hunting here, hardly looking to strike to the body at all.

and Zerep counters by moving into the clinch.

Jones tries to circle away but Zerep has him pinned against the cage.

A quick uppercut on the inside from Zerep.
Jones is rocked!
Zerep throws a big uppercut that drops Jones! More strikes from Zerep and the referee jumps in to stop the fight! Jones lies dazed against the cage as Zerep celebrates with his cornermen!
