Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Paul Martin (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Sage Jackson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Sage Jackson struggled to make weight for this fight. He only made it down to 136.1lbs at the first attempt and had to take the additional two hours to make the official bout weight. Let's see how much it's taken out of him. There are an array of beautiful celebrities at ringside tonight! I wonder if any of them paid for their tickets.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Martin takes the fight into the clinch.
Jackson looks really tired already! That doesn't bode well for a good, competitive fight!
Martin drops down for a takedown but doesn't get it.
Jackson fails to pull guard.
Martin wants the takedown. Jackson is fighting it off but Martin persists and manages to bring the fight to the ground, ending up in Jackson's guard against the cage.
Martin has decided he wants to stand but the closed guard of Jackson is proving hard to escape from.
Martin gets to his feet and steps away from his opponent.
Martin feints with a shoulder and throws a nice leg kick to Jackson's calf.
Martin bobs and weaves into range and then changes levels and scores with a nice takedown into side control.
Martin trying to control the action but Jackson is working from the bottom.
Martin is going to have to think about doing something other than just controlling because Jackson is managing to avoid having the position dictated to him.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Jackson tries to slip a leg under to move to half guard but Martin presses down on the leg and jumps into full mount!
Jackson tries to land a strike from the bottom but Martin has taken his back! He's got the choke... big trouble for Jackson here! Jackson is tapping! Great work there by Martin!
