And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Anni Minnemäki, Arvi Lind and Johanna Lukiainen.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Machine shoots in for a takedown and gets it.
Machine slows the pace down in half guard.
Machine thumps the canvas. Not on purpose obviously - he just missed Takudome's head.
Takudome could do with loosing a few pounds - he looks very soft around the mid section, to put it politely.
Machine missing with the ground and pound from half guard.
Still in half guard, Machine seems content to control.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Machine's corner are shouting for him to control the position and he seems happy to oblige.

Machine has freed up his trapped foot and advances to mount.
Takudome is squirming around, avoiding Machine's attempts to control the action.
Machine unloads with some shots from mount but Takudome bucks and avoids them well.

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Takudome is in a horrible position here. Machine smacks him with another shot as he tries to escape the position.
It looks like Kensei Takudome has been cut.
Machine looking to control but Takudome is working nicely, looking to advance position himself.

Machine lands a big shot there that rocks Takudome but he's holding on and managing to survive for now.
