Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Frank Dux (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Mathias Torres (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
4 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Frank Dux! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
4 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Mathias Torres! The judges for this bout are Shigeki Fujiwara, Kenichi Hosakawa and Yuuki Gou.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Torres swings wildly with a couple of big hooks
and Dux connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle. No luck with that takedown attempt from Dux. Torres throws a lazy uppercut
and Dux counters with a one-two to the body. Torres throws a jab, cross combination which is slipped
and Dux counters by clinching up. Dux misses with an elbow strike.
A head punch on the inside from Dux fails to land. Torres is looking to break free of the clinch but Dux has double underhooks. Torres wants to break free but Dux has control.
Dux has had enough of the clinch and is looking to separate. Torres breaks the clinch.
Torres throws a left and a right that both miss
and Dux cracks him with a counter punch right on the button. Torres defends well against a solid takedown attempt from Dux. Torres misses with a shot to the body and Dux counters with a nice double leg into half guard. Dux is trying for a guillotine from the top but the pressure isn't in the right place so Torres is just riding it out for now. Dux eventually gives up the hold. Torres wants to get back to his feet.
That's one minute gone in the round. Dux wants to work for an arm triangle but Torres is really keeping half guard well and defending the submission attempt.
Torres is trying to stand up here but Dux is controlling him well. Dux seems to be working for a kimura but Torres defends the submission attempt. Torres is looking to escape. Dux will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions. Dux wants to control but Torres is keeping him busy. Torres should think about turning a few of those tyres round his middle into muscle if he wants people to take him seriously as an athlete. Dux is working for a submission here. He's got hold of the far side arm and he's looking for a kimura. He's cranking on the arm and he's got it! Torres is tapping out! Ouch, that looked like it hurt!
