Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Ivan Borisov (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and John McClane (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Borisov comes to the cage accompanied by Blunt - The Iron Maiden. McClane has chosen Nightmare by Avenged Sevenfold as his entrance music. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

The judges for this bout are Hugh Johnson, Eliza Hachem and Steve Erwin.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Borisov swings for the body but McClane moves out of range.

Borisov postures up and cracks his opponent a couple of times before moving back into close ground control. McClane looks a forlorn figure.
McClane wants to control but Borisov is having none of it.
The referee warns McClane that he has to improve his position here as he takes two more clean shots to the head.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
The crowd growing excited in anticipation of a finish here! Right on cue, Borisov cracks his opponent with a massive right hand that draws loud cheers!
Borisov has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission.
Borisov goes for an armbar but McClane turns quickly into his guard - lovely anticipation from McClane.

McClane must be cautious of submissions here, given that his opponent has the superior Jiu Jitsu.

McClane throws an overhand right that lands on Borisov's shoulder, as Borisov tries to avoid the shot.

John McClane comfortably won the final round on my scorecard.
I think McClane has won this one but let's see whether the judges agree with me. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
