Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Tommy Pulver (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Oliver Sill (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). The crowd giving both fighters a great reception on their way into the arena. That's good to see.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 5 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Tommy Pulver!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 4 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Oliver Sill!
The judges for this bout are Skip Squint, Winston Howard and Steve Erwin.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Pulver tries to bum rush Sill with a series of wild strikes but Sill uses good footwork to avoid the assault.
Sill shoots in but doesn't get the takedown
and Pulver counters with a slapping leg kick.
Pulver throws a series of punches but Sill moves out of range.
Pulver lands with an overhand left.
Sill gets cracked there but stands up to it.

Sill shoots in for a takedown from distance. He catches Pulver napping and manages to drive through into side control!

Sill goes for an armbar here - this could be all over! But no, Pulver has escaped beautifully and is now on top in side control! Oh, that's unlucky for Sill but great work by Pulver.

Pulver throws a right and a left that Sill avoids nicely.

Sill lands a big shot. The thud that echoes around the arena is like music to the fans' ears.
Oliver Sill has got the better of the ground game so far.
Sill is looking to pass the guard... He's managed it - he's now in full mount!

Pulver is in a horrible position here, under a barrage of strikes, he's managing to avoid any damage.

Pulver turning a nasty shade of purple. He's refusing to tap but he's gone! He's out! The ref rips Sill off and cradles Pulver's limp body as Sill celebrates with his corner.

Ladies and gentlemen, after 4:04 of round 2, we have a winner by way of Submission (Anaconda Choke). Oliver Sill!
