Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the super heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 2 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Travis Beauvais!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 3 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Jebus Crisps!
The judges for this bout are Jack Bonds, Timothy Bukovac and Frank Antenori.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Beauvais drives through with a takedown into guard.
Crisps working a defensive guard but Beauvais passes into half guard.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Beauvais looks over to his corner - he wants some instructions but his corner are not responding.

We get told so often about how wrestlers don't like to be on their backs. Let's see if Crisps can do anything to dispel that myth.
Crisps is in trouble now - Beauvais has advanced to mount!

Beauvais throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.

Excellent takedown into side control there by Crisps.
The fighters are starting to get a bit slippery now, which will make submissions a bit more difficult.

Beauvais tries to land a front kick but Crisps steps back. That was a bit too telegraphed.
Travis Beauvais seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

so Beauvais counters with a double leg into guard. Good agility.
Beauvais pushes down on Crisps's leg and manages to get into half guard.

Beauvais decides to stand up and try his luck on the feet.
Crisps is breathing heavily.
Beauvais just misses with a punch to the body.
Beauvais dives in and grabs Crisps's left leg, looking for a takedown. Crisps pushes down on Beauvais's head and hops out.

Travis Beauvais is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things.
Beauvais tries to bum rush Crisps with a series of wild strikes but Crisps uses good footwork to avoid the assault.
Beauvais shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Crisps as he avoids it easily.

Crisps stuffs the takedown attempt from Beauvais. Beauvais gets slowly back to his feet.

Beauvais tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Crisps paws at him with a jab and circles away.

Beauvais closes the distance and clinches up, looking for a takedown. He shifts his weight and gets a nice trip into half guard.
Beauvais is taking a breather. Crisps says something to him but it's hard to make out. Perhaps he's telling him to get on with it and actually do something.
