Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Ubereem Aplestair (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Andrzej Grzesiuk (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). I don't know about you partner, but I'm pumped for this one!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
3 - 5 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Ubereem Aplestair! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
1 - 3 - 0, fighting out of London, Andrzej Grzesiuk! The judges for this bout are Daniel Bishop, James Glass and Donald Grub.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Aplestair shoots in but doesn't get the takedown and Grzesiuk moves into the clinch. A real battle for position is taking place between these two warriors. Grzesiuk has picked Aplestair up - he's going for a ride! Grzesiuk dumps his opponent to the mat with a thud and settles into half guard. We could do with one of the fighters taking the initiative a bit more on the ground - they're both waiting to capitalize on a mistake. Grzesiuk wants to pass the guard but Aplestair is defending well. Grzesiuk slows the pace down in half guard. Grzesiuk is looking to take a break and control but Aplestair is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom. Aplestair on the receiving end of some nice ground and pound. Grzesiuk wants to take a breather but Aplestair is having none of it. Aplestair has no desire to be mounted, so is trying to control. Grzesiuk is working away from the top position though. Aplestair is going to have to think about doing something other than just controlling because Grzesiuk is managing to avoid having the position dictated to him.

Grzesiuk throwing shots but they're hitting the canvas more than the man. Grzesiuk drops an elbow to the side of Aplestair's head. Grzesiuk missing with the ground and pound from half guard. Grzesiuk is controlling the pace.
Grzesiuk is trying to control the action in half guard but Aplestair is working away on the bottom, looking perhaps to get back to full guard.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless. Grzesiuk is stalling here. Aplestair is in no mood to hang around though. He's locked up a kimura from the bottom! Grzesiuk seems to be keeping calm but he's forced to roll out of the hold and Aplestair has ended up in side control on the top. Nice work. Grzesiuk avoids any damage from the ground and pound of Aplestair. Aplestair working away. Aplestair tries to advance to mount but can't. Grzesiuk is looking to reverse the position. Grzesiuk struggling a bit here. Aplestair wants to take a breather but Grzesiuk manages to regain guard - a lesson learnt for Aplestair.

Grzesiuk really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Aplestair. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out. Aplestair trying to stand up but can't free himself from Grzesiuk's guard. Aplestair is breathing heavily. Grzesiuk looking to control.
Grzesiuk wants to sweep but no luck. Grzesiuk is looking for a triangle here but Aplestair uses the submission attempt to pass into side control.

That's four minutes gone in the round. There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action. Aplestair wants to control but Grzesiuk is keeping him busy. Grzesiuk tries to work a leg under to get back to half guard but Aplestair wriggles his own leg back out and remains in side control. Grzesiuk wants to control but Aplestair postures up. The fighters are tangled up in the ropes here. We might need a restart if the fighters can't break free themselves. Aplestair is trying to land an Americana. He has the arm isolated but Grzesiuk is keeping cool and he's avoided the danger for now. Grzesiuk is trying to control Aplestair's posture but Aplestair avoids it. The crowd thankful this round is nearly over. Grzesiuk is looking for a sweep. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Andrzej Grzesiuk dominated that round. The referee calls time. The cornermen exit stage left and we're back to business.
Aplestair tries to clinch up. Aplestair fails with the takedown and Grzesiuk counters with a shoot takedown into half guard. Grzesiuk wants to lay and pray for a moment but Aplestair keeps working. Grzesiuk not throwing his punches with enough precision this time. Aplestair pushes Grzesiuk off looking to stand but Grzesiuk dives back in and keeps control.

Aplestair keeping his head moving to avoid the ground and pound. Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here. Grzesiuk trying to control from half guard but Aplestair is working away. Grzesiuk working over Aplestair with some ground and pound. Aplestair looks like he wants out of this position, which is understandable.
That's one minute gone in the round. Aplestair on the receiving end of some nice ground and pound. Grzesiuk passes to side control. Grzesiuk throws a knee to the body but it doesn't do much damage. Grzesiuk in side control lands a nice looking series of punches and elbows. Grzesiuk lands an elbow. Grzesiuk is looking for a kimura. He might have it! No, Aplestair has escaped the position, nice work there. Grzesiuk landing strikes.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Grzesiuk throwing strikes but missing, from side control. Aplestair taking punishment in the form of punches.
Grzesiuk works a knee to the body and follows up with a nice elbow to the head. Aplestair tries to strike from the bottom but misses. Grzesiuk working the head and body with strikes. Grzesiuk scoring with punches from side control. Aplestair managing to avoid any damage from the strikes thrown by Grzesiuk.
Sloppy strikes there by Grzesiuk. Grzesiuk lands a nice forearm strike. Grzesiuk cracks Aplestair with an elbow. That is naaassty.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Grzesiuk is looking to take a break and control but Aplestair is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom. Grzesiuk throwing shots but missing, from side control. Aplestair is looking for a sweep. Grzesiuk creates a bit of distance and throws down some hard shots. Aplestair takes an elbow right on the bridge of the nose and winces in pain.
Grzesiuk working the ground and pound but Aplestair is defending the strikes. Grzesiuk decides to stand back up. Grzesiuk steps back and let's Aplestair get back to his feet. Grzesiuk lands with a nice body punch.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Grzesiuk looks for a takedown. He's got it. We're now in half guard. Aplestair wants to get back to full guard. Grzesiuk trying to pass the guard but Aplestair defending well. Grzesiuk wants to take a breather but Aplestair is having none of it. Andrzej Grzesiuk has got the better of the ground game so far. Grzesiuk thows a huge punch but Aplestair dodges it nicely.

The ref stands the fighters back up. Andrzej Grzesiuk was stalling too much, according to the referee. Aplestair gets caught flat footed, as Grzesiuk shoots in with a quick takedown into guard. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Andrzej Grzesiuk showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards. That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action. This is the final round!

Grzesiuk stops Aplestair from standing up. Aplestair preventing the ground and pound from doing any damage. Grzesiuk postures up in Aplestair's guard and throws a big left but Aplestair blocks it. Grzesiuk lands a nice shot whilst sitting in his opponent's guard. Grzesiuk connects with a couple of short punches. Grzesiuk is working Aplestair over from the guard. He should look to pass the guard and do a little more damage with these strikes. Grzesiuk trying to control but Aplestair is working from the bottom. Both fighters are breathing heavily. Grzesiuk not doing a lot at the moment. He'll have to show some more aggression or the fight will get stood up.

Grzesiuk content to strike from guard, landing some decent shots. Aplestair not looking particularly offensive just at the moment.

That's two minutes gone in the round. Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless. Grzesiuk throwing strikes but missing. Grzesiuk landing with the ground and pound. Grzesiuk trying to control the position from guard on top but Aplestair is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. Grzesiuk might have to switch it up a bit here because his efforts to control Aplestair kaven't been going to plan, at least at the current moment in time. The fighters are trapped in the ropes so we're going to have a reposition here. The ref calls for a break and repositions the fighters in the center of the ring. Grzesiuk scores with a decent looking elbow strike. Aplestair utilising some decent striking defenses from the guard, preventing the ground and pound.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Grzesiuk wants to control from the top but Aplestair keeps moving. The referee looks like he's ready to step in and stand the fighters back up. Aplestair escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Grzesiuk gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance. Grzesiuk throwing elbows and punches but not connecting, as Aplestair works some decent striking defense from the bottom. Grzesiuk throws a big right hand that misses. Ubereem Aplestair has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here! Aplestair looking to control.
That's four minutes gone in the round. There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action. Grzesiuk is stalling in the full guard. Grzesiuk wanted to stand there but Aplestair had control of the position. Grzesiuk connects with a couple of short punches. Andrzej Grzesiuk is fighting for a decision here - he's started to take the cautious approach. Grzesiuk throwing elbows and punches but not connecting, as Aplestair works some decent striking defense from the bottom. Grzesiuk content to stall in guard here. And that's the end of the fight! Andrzej Grzesiuk comfortably won the final round on my scorecard. Well Grzesiuk has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
