Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Brandon Walls (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Ricky Mourke (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Walls comes to the cage accompanied by Last Resort - Papa Roach. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Walls throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.
Mourke swinging wildly here.
Mourke tries to clinch up.
Walls misses with a looping left.
Mourke throws a leg kick that misses.
Mourke displaying good standup as he scores with a three punch combination.
Walls feints and then cracks Mourke's leading leg with a nice low kick. He's obviously looking to slow Mourke down.
Walls rushes in with a sloppy looking punch

so Mourke counters with a double leg into guard. Good agility.
A real slowdown in the pace of the fight for a moment, as Walls holds on and takes a little breather.
Walls looking to control.
Walls pulls Mourke in close to his closed guard and prevents Mourke from doing any damage or advancing position.
Walls is working from a closed guard but he's struggling to control his opponent.

Brandon Walls has forced the referee to step in and bring the fight back to the feet.
Walls thows a leg kick but Mourke checks it

and Mourke counters by moving into the clinch.
Walls swings away with an uppercut that misses.
Walls throws a blind hook that connects with the side of Mourkes head.
A head punch on the inside from Walls fails to land.
Walls fails to land with a short punch on the inside.
Mourke is working for takedown but Walls is calmly controlling the position for now.
Mourke drops down looking for an ankle pick but Walls pulls his leg out and moves away.
Mourke gets cracked there but stands up to it.
Walls misses with a right hand
and Mourke connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle.
Mourke blocks a leg kick.
Mourke misses with a head kick.
Walls throws a poor cross that misses

and Mourke counters with a nice single leg takedown and he's in Walls's guard now.
Walls trying to keep a closed guard but Mourke is proving a slippery customer.
Walls might be looking to lock onto one of his opponent's long limbs for a submission, whilst we're on the ground.

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Mourke is looking to advance position but Walls has hit a scissor sweep - now he's on top in mount!
Walls looking to finish Mourke with some ground and pound. This is bad for Mourke!
Walls loads up with a big shot that hurts Mourke! He's pulled Walls in close but Walls has postured up and lands more strikes. Can Mourke survive? More strikes from Walls and Mourke is out! The ref jumps in to save him! Brutal ground and pound!
