Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Ivo Lens (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jose Sanchez (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Sanchez has chosen PELIMUSA as his entrance music, which hasn't gone down very well with the crowd. This should be a great matchup!

4 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Jose Sanchez! The judges for this bout are Anni Minnemäki, Johanna Lukiainen and Tarja Halkonen.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Sanchez is looking to clinch. Sanchez tries to close the distance and clinch but Lens swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away. Sanchez slaps away a takedown attempt from Lens, before circling back to the center of the mat. Sanchez's jab looks to have found its range, popping Lens under the eye. Lens shoots in and gets a takedown into half guard. Lens showed some decent athleticism there. Lens not throwing his punches with enough precision this time. Lens is looking for a kimura but Sanchez is holding onto that half guard position, so it's hard for Lens to get the leverage. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Lens is looking for a kimura. It's going to be difficult to finish that from half guard though and Sanchez defends it well. Lens not landing any meaningful shots this time.

Sanchez loads up on a big right hand but Lens slips the punch. Lens shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Sanchez but Sanchez pushes him off and we're back to square one. Sanchez jabs Lens to the body, keeping him at a distance. Lens shoots in but Sanchez avoids the takedown attempt easily. Lens is looking to clinch but Sanchez is avoiding it.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Lens shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Sanchez but Sanchez pushes him off and we're back to square one. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Ivo Lens. That's going to take a lot out of him. Lens looks for a takedown but Sanchez sprawls well. Sanchez lands a pitter patter jab to the forehead of his opponent.
That's one minute gone in the round. Lens tries to grapple but his opponent circles and he gets countered with a snapping leg kick. Lens shoots in and drives through. Sanchez sprawls well. Lens trying to pass the guard. He's being very persistent here but Sanchez manages to land a sweep and now he's on top! Lens seems keen to control rather than go for a submission, at least for now.

The referee decides to stand the fighters back up, due to lack of activity on the part of Ivo Lens. Lens looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily. A slow jab from Sanchez misses its intended target. Lens gets his head snapped back by a nice shot there. Lens will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Lens closes the distance and looks for a trip takedown... aaaand he's got it - Lens lands in his opponent's guard. Sanchez looking to control.
Sanchez has control of Lens's left arm, preventing Lens from doing any damage. Sanchez wants to sweep here but Lens controlling him for the moment. Lens working some ground and pound from guard but it's not doing any damage. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Jose Sanchez showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards. That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action. This is the final round!

Sanchez gets the underhooks and manages to circle away. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Ivo Lens. That's going to take a lot out of him. Jab by Sanchez. Lens lunges in with an uppercut that skims his opponent's chin. Sanchez cracks Lens with a good shot that sees him stumbling back into the cage. Lens shoots in for a takedown but Sanchez shows good takedown defense there and keeps this one on the feet. Lens gets a double leg takedown into Sanchez's guard. Lens looking to sit in guard and control but Sanchez gets the butterfly guard and sweeps. He's now in the guard on the top.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Lens is looking for a triangle but Sanchez pushes his legs off easily.
Sanchez stands up and waves to Lens to follow him. Lens moves to clinch but Sanchez breaks away and Sanchez counters with a stiff right hand.
Lens is rocked! Lens misses with a right hand and Sanchez counters with a big left hand that crumples Lens! He was out before he hit the floor! Brutal knockout!
