Bell is bobbing his head along to his entrance song: Eminem - Almost Famous. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 7 - 5 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Archie Bell!
The judges for this bout are , Frank Antenori and Timothy Bukovac.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Bell throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.
Aldo misses with the body kick
letting Bell counter with a right hand.
Bell tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Aldo was well out of range. Poor timing from Bell.
Bell throws a leg kick
and Aldo counters with a kick to the head that grazes his opponent. Bell is lucky that one didn't land flush.
Bell lands a straight punch to the body, keeping Aldo at a distance.
Bell throws an ugly left hook that misses
and Aldo counters with a body kick that brings a smile to the face of both fighters.
Bell bobs and weaves and throws out a fast jab that snaps Aldo's head backwards.
Bell takes a head kick and keeps coming.

Aldo lands with a nice low kick. That'll leave a bruise.
Bell misses with a lunging right hand
and Aldo counters with a nice body kick.

Both these guys seem content to just stand up and trade with eachother but Bell might want to think about changing up his gameplan a bit because over the course of the fight, Aldo has got the better of the exchanges.

The fighters' corners scream their final instructions, as the referee calls time. Here we go, back to the action! This is the final round!


Bell takes a step back and watches a body kick go sailing past his mid section.

Bell will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.

and Bell counters with a series of strikes. Aldo will be more careful next time no doubt.

Archie Bell has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here!

A lull in the action here being met with boos from the crowd.

Bell connects with a body shot that sends Aldo's belly button to the back.
Aldo avoids a lazy jab quite easily.
Aldo doesn't react quick enough there as he takes a shot to the body.
Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out!

Archie Bell comfortably won the final round on my scorecard.
Well Aldo has outscored his opponent in every aspect of the fight today. Only a scarily incompetent judge or two will keep him from a well deserved win... Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
