Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

3 - 8 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Wagner Fabiano!
The judges for this bout are Paulo Santos, Mauricio Rocha and Seu Braga.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Hayes closes the distance but Fabiano moves to the side
and Fabiano counters with a leg kick that reverborates around the arena.
Fabiano throws a head kick but Hayes moves out of range.
Hayes misses with a takedown
and Fabiano counters with a big head kick but Hayes shrugs it off.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Hayes gets his takedown attempt stuffed easily
and Fabiano makes him pay by landing a thudding low kick.
Hayes shoots and misses
and Fabiano counters with a low kick, right behind Hayes 's knee.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Larry Hayes. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Hayes is breathing heavily.
Fabiano lands a big right hand that sends Hayes crashing to the mat! Fabiano stays standing though and waves Hayes back to his feet!
It looks like Larry Hayes has been cut.
Fabiano tries to clinch but Hayes moves out of range.
Crunch! Fabiano slams his shin into Hayes's torso.
Fabiano throws a leg kick which misses Hayes's front leg but catches the back leg as Hayes tries to avoid it.
Fabiano throws a right and a left that both miss.
Hayes get stunned by a cross and takes another one on the button. Hayes stumbles backwards and tries to bounce back off the cage but Fabiano runs in and jumps on him with a leaping lead hook that puts him out! Wow, that was highlight reel stuff! Awesome finish!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:52 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punch). Wagner Fabiano!
