Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Nate Benditson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Orlando Sackett (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Sackett has chosen Whoomp There it is as his entrance music. I can't wait for this one - let's get the fighter introductions out of the way and get this one started!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Nate Benditson! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
14 - 15 - 1, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Orlando Sackett! The judges for this bout are Thiago Cunha, Mauricio Rocha and Luis Engracia.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Benditson shoots in but doesn't get the takedown and Sackett counters with a shoot takedown. Benditson fights it but they end up in guard. Sackett passes into half guard. Benditson actively working from the bottom here. Benditson knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Sackett on the ground. Benditson keeps control of the position for the meantime. Sackett lands a big shot. The thud that echoes around the arena is like music to the fans' ears. Sackett takes a deep breath and rests his weight momentarily on top of his opponent, to control the position. Benditson is looking to get full guard. It looks like he might be successful but at the last minute Sackett jumps into side control! Sackett working the ground and pound from side control. The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! Sackett tries for a kimura but Benditson is defending well. Sackett wants to lay and pray for a moment but Benditson keeps working.
That's one minute gone in the round. Sackett is looking to finish here, going for an Americana. Benditson knows the correct defense though, so he's OK. Sackett works a knee to the body and follows up with a nice elbow to the head. Benditson manages to get back to half guard. Sackett sitting in half guard, looking to land shots. Benditson defending well though. Sackett is trying a forearm choke… I don't think that's going to do much at this level of the game.
Benditson is trying to control but can't.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Sackett landing with strikes to the body and head, softening up his opponent. Sackett trying to pass the guard but Benditson defending well. Sackett has the superior BJJ but he's also working some ground strikes into his gameplan. Sackett winds up and cracks Benditson with a swinging punch to the side of the head. The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! Benditson is looking to get back to full guard here but Sackett has managed to pass to side control instead. The fighters are starting to get a bit slippery now, which will make submissions a bit more difficult. Sackett misses with a strike but at least he's keeping busy, looking to cause some damage - that will still help him when it comes to the judges scorecards.

Benditson is rocked! Sackett is working to tighten is grip on Benditson's neck. He's isolated an arm and is working for an arm triangle. Benditson has recognised the danger and is trying to turn with the submission but Sackett is really squeezing tight and eventually Benditson passes out! Sackett breaks the hold and jumps onto the cage to celebrate! Submission of the night, I'd say!
