Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Tarja Halkonen, Johanna Lukiainen and Arvi Lind.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
McDonald throws a lazy uppercut
and McGuire makes him pay by landing a thudding low kick.
McDonald throws a body kick but he was well out of range there.
McDonald rushes in with a sloppy looking punch
and McGuire counters with a nice double leg into side control. McDonald won't be happy with that.
McGuire is looking for a kimura. He might have it! No, McDonald has escaped the position, nice work there.
McGuire tries to move into full mount but can't pass McDonald's legs.
McGuire tries for an arm triangle. That looks pretty tight to me. Is this one over!?! Possibly, maybe, no McGuire has let go of the choke. Obviously it wasn't as tight as we thought!
McGuire is looking to finish here, going for an Americana. McDonald knows the correct defense though, so he's OK.
McDonald manages to get back to half guard.
That's one minute gone in the round.
McGuire is pressing down on McDonald's thigh, looking to free his foot. McDonald is holding on for now.
McGuire is trying to work for a kimura but McDonald is defending well.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
McDonald trying to hold on to McGuire's head to control him but McGuire postures up.
McGuire is keen to just control but McDonald is a slippery customer.
McDonald wants to control but McGuire is keeping busy.
McDonald tries to roll over but McGuire keeps him under control.
McGuire is looking for a kimura. It's going to be difficult to finish that from half guard though and McDonald defends it well.
McGuire wants to pass the guard but McDonald is defending well.

The crowd are starting to boo a lack of action.
McGuire with a momentary lay and pray from half guard.
McDonald is looking to escape.
McDonald wants to control but McGuire passes into side.
McGuire tries for a kimura but McDonald is defending well.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
McDonald tries to get back to half guard but can't.

McDonald throws a couple of strikes even though he's not really in a good position to do so.
McGuire advances to full mount.
Poor strikes thrown by McGuire there. More accuracy and less frantic strikes would help!
McGuire avoids the attempt from McDonald to control.
McDonald wriggling around on the bottom manages to avoid the strikes thrown by McGuire.
McGuire wants to control the pace but McDonald is squirming around nicely.
McDonald is desperately trying to improve his position but McGuire has a good base and remains in mount.
That's four minutes gone in the round.
Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.
McGuire throwing strikes here but McDonald is writhing around nicely and avoiding any serious damage.
McGuire jumps to side control looking for an arm triangle but McDonald manages to avoid the submission attempt.
McGuire trying to control the position but McDonald is working away.
McDonald regains half guard.
McGuire thows a wild elbow that connects with the canvas.
McDonald trying to control from the bottom.
McDonald works his way to full guard. Good work.
McGuire trying to control the position from guard on top but McDonald is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.
McGuire stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. McDonald swivels though and keeps the full guard.
McDonald is controlling McGuire's posture.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action.

McDonald is trying to maintain the position but McGuire is very close to passing his half guard.
McGuire is trying to control. McDonald wants to improve his position but can't escape this time.
McGuire is trying for a kimura here. McDonald looks like he's in a lot of pain... and he's tapping out! McGuire wins by kimura!
