PBP Commentary

Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Rob Snitch (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Don Draper (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both these guys are coming into the fight with injuries so let's see if that has a bearing on the fight. There are an array of beautiful celebrities at ringside tonight! I wonder if any of them paid for their tickets.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 14 - 8 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Don Draper!
The judges for this bout are Ben Zyskovitsi, Johanna Lukiainen and Roosa Järviläinen.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Snitch drops his hands and takes a jab to the jaw for his troubles.

Snitch has his hands up protecting his head but a hook from Draper finds it's way round the side to connect with Snitch's head.

Draper moves into range and throws a combination. A nice jab followed by a hook to the body.

Snitch tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Draper paws at him with a jab and circles away.

Snitch drives through with a takedown into Draper's guard. Let's see what he can do from the top position.

There's a bit of a scramble here and now Snitch is on top in guard.

Snitch makes a bit of distance and scores with some ground and pound, still in guard.
Snitch wants to pass the guard but Draper is keeping the position.
Snitch thows a big elbow that misses.

There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action.
Snitch postures up and lands a big shot to Draper's brow.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

The step up in weight doesn't seem to be a problem for Draper. He's performing admirably here against the bigger man.

Draper bobs and weaves and throws out a fast jab that snaps Snitch's head backwards.

Snitch bobs and weaves and unloads with a good uppercut.

Snitch thows a huge punch but Draper dodges it nicely.

Snitch throws and elbow that misses. Draper uses the momentum to reverse the position. He's now in Snitch's guard. Nice move by Draper!

That's time! Snitch's corner gives him a slap on the ass as he gets ready to fight. This is the final round!

Draper moves into range and throws a combination. A nice jab followed by a hook to the body.
A right-left combo lands from Snitch.
Draper paws at his opponent with the jab and then lunges in with a straight, right on the button.

The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight.
