Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Arvi Rausku (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and John Smith (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Rausku comes to the cage accompanied by The Prodigy - Girls (sexy girls mix). Smith is bouncing up and down as he enters the arena, backed by The Pilgrim by Iron Maiden. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
7 - 9 - 1, fighting out of Helsinki, Arvi Rausku! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
13 - 8 - 1, fighting out of Helsinki, John Smith! The judges for this bout are Roosa Järviläinen, Anni Minnemäki and Marco Blurström.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Rausku takes a really solid shot there but just smiles back and shrugs his shoulders.
Smith looks to land a right hand but Rausku moved out of range. Rausku walks into a straight right hand from Smith. Rausku gets his takedown attempt stuffed easily and Smith counters with a lovely straight right hand! Both fighters are looking to counter, which isn't making for the most exciting fight in the world.
That's one minute gone in the round. Rausku misses with a takedown attempt and Smith cracks him with a counter punch right on the button. Rausku doesn't succeed with the takedown and Smith counters with a nice body kick.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Arvi Rausku. That's going to take a lot out of him. Rausku misses with a wild combination.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Rausku changes levels and drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Smith looks really pissed at himself for not defending that better. Smith trying to remain calm as Rausku controls from the top position. The strikes coming from Rausku are missing the target in this wave of attacks. Rausku working the head and body with strikes. Rausku is looking to take a break and control but Smith is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom. Rausku fails to land a wild elbow strike.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Rausku throws a knee to the body but it doesn't do much damage. Smith is looking to reverse the position. Rausku wants to lay and pray for a moment but Smith keeps working. We get told so often about how wrestlers don't like to be on their backs. Let's see if Smith can do anything to dispel that myth. Rausku sitting in side control, looking to soften his opponent up with elbows and hammerfists but Smith is avoiding damage well and looking to escape the position.
Rausku has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission. Rausku is trying to get an arm triangle but Smith is defending well. Smith dodges the ground and pound from Rausku. Rausku is maintaining the dominant position - no doubt Smith will start to get frustrated soon if he's not already. Rausku working the ground and pound but he's contacting the mat, not the fighter.
That's four minutes gone in the round. The crowd are starting to boo a lack of action. Rausku wants to control but Smith is keeping him busy. I wouldn't like to be where Smith is right now. Rausku is trying to land an Americana. He has the arm isolated but Smith is keeping cool and he's avoided the danger for now. Rausku wants to control but Smith is keeping him busy. Smith defending against the ground and pound. Smith tries to get back to half guard but can't. Rausku wants to lay and pray for a moment but Smith keeps working. John Smith dominated that round. The fighters' corners scream their final instructions, as the referee calls time. Here we go, back to the action!
Rausku fails with the takedown and Smith counters with a right hand to the body. Rausku shoots in looking for a takedown. Smith tries to sprawl out of it but Rausku keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Smith manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing. Arvi Rausku seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Rausku with a lazy takedown attempt and Smith counters with a left and a right that stings Rausku. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Arvi Rausku. Rausku doesn't succeed with the takedown and Rausku takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles. John Smith is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.

That's four minutes gone in the round. Rausku trying to control the position from guard on top but Smith is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. Rausku controlling from the guard. I say controlling but really, he's stalling. Smith is looking to get back to his feet but can't, whilst Rausku is controlling him. Rausku scoring with some ground and pound. Rausku passes easily into side control. Nice work. Rausku in side control, trying to ground and pound but not landing this time. Rausku is trying to get an arm triangle but Smith is defending well. Sloppy strikes there by Rausku. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
John Smith showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards. That's time! Rausku's corner gives him a slap on the ass as he gets ready to fight. This is the final round!

That's one minute gone in the round. Smith pulls Rausku in close to prevent any damage. Smith wants to sweep but no luck. Smith keeping moving, preventing Rausku from controlling successfully.
The ref stands the fighters back up because Arvi Rausku just wasn't active enough. Smith throws a big shot that misses.
That's two minutes gone in the round. The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena. Rausku throws a two punch combo that lands nicely.

and Rausku decides to take the opportunity to score a takedown. He's landed in Smith's guard. Rausku drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and Rausku jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position. Rausku advances to half guard. Rausku is nestled in close to Smith, controlling him well. He's worked in a nice elbow to the side of the head as well, for good measure. Arvi Rausku has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here! The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Rausku controlling the action here. Rausku is keen to just control but Smith is a slippery customer. Rausku is looking for a kimura but Smith is holding onto that half guard position, so it's hard for Rausku to get the leverage. Smith is defending against the submission attempts here by Rausku.
Rausku throwing punches and elbows but they're not doing any damage. Smith wants to get back to his feet. Smith trying to control from the bottom.
That's four minutes gone in the round. My god... these two guys really need to pick up the pace or everyone will leave to go get a beer. Smith on the receiving end of some nice ground and pound. Smith wants to get back to his feet. Smith really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Rausku. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out. Rausku is sneakily working for an arm triangle but Smith sees it coming and defends easily. Both fighters are breathing heavily. Smith wants to get back to full guard. Rausku wants to pass to mount but Smith is defending the position. Rausku thumps the canvas. Not on purpose obviously - he just missed Smith's head. Rausku is looking for an arm triangle, whilst trying to pass to side control. Smith doesn't seem that keen to cooperate though. No luck this time Rausku. Rausku is looking for a kimura but he's never going to get it from there.
And that's the end of the fight! Arvi Rausku showed his dominance in that final round. I think Smith has won this one but let's see whether the judges agree with me. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
