The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Shields defending well as Lytle loads up on a big left hand.
Lytle bobs and weaves well there to avoid the strikes.
Shields changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Lytle tries to avoid it but Shields manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Lytle to the ground. Lytle escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.
Lytle throws a series of punches but Shields avoids them all with ease.
Lytle scores with a nice head shot.
It looks like Jake Shields has been cut.
Lytle throws a hook but Shields avoids it easily.
Lytle throws a right and a left that both miss.
Shields walks into a straight right hand from Lytle.
Shields circles to his right, straight into a beautiful hook by Lytle. Shields falls face first into the canvas - great knockout victory for Lytle!
