Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of

1 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Pete Patterson! The judges for this bout are Edson Gomes, Leandro Rodrigues and Luis Engracia.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Moses tries to clinch but fails miserably and Patterson counters with a nice double leg into half guard. Moses is staying active underneath Patterson, who seems content to just control the action from this position. Moses trying to control here.
Moses wants to get back to full guard. Moses actively working from the bottom here. Moses looking to work for a kimura from the bottom. Patterson wants to take a breather but Moses is having none of it. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Moses throws a strike from the bottom that misses.
Patterson wants to free his trapped foot but Moses is holding on for dear life with his legs. Patterson wants to lay and pray for a moment but Moses keeps working.
That's one minute gone in the round. Patterson takes a deep breath and rests his weight momentarily on top of his opponent, to control the position. Moses is looking to sinch up a guillotine here but Patterson pulls his head out easily. Moses looking to work for a kimura from the bottom. Patterson works his foot free and advances to mount. Moses wants to hold on but Patterson pushes him away. Moses tries to reverse the position but Patterson maintains control. Moses takes a big shot to the head but keeps on trying to improve his position.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Patterson throwing sloppy strikes here. Perhaps if he tightened up his striking from such a dominant position, he'd be able to finish easier.
Patterson quickly switches position and commits to an armbar! It's a big risk for Patterson but it's paid off an Moses is forced to tap! Nice work by Patterson.
