Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Jose Omar (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Buford Sanford (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). I don't know about you partner, but I'm pumped for this one!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
1 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Jose Omar! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
1 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Buford Sanford! The judges for this bout are George Francis, Wesley Smith and Frank Dennis.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Sanford misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.
The fight stays on the outside here - Omar looks like he's thinking about clinching though. Omar wants to clinch up but Sanford keeps it at a distance. Omar fails in his attempt to clinch. Sanford swats away the attempt to clinch by Omar. A nice inside leg kick there by Omar. That's going to slow Sanford down. Sanford looks to clinch and Omar counters with a thumping low kick. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Sanford with a lazy takedown attempt and Omar counters with an inside leg kick. Sanford clinches with his opponent.

Sanford takes a shot right to the liver - Bas would have been proud of that punch. Omar throws a front kick that sends Sanford stumbling back into the cage. Omar forces Sanford back against the cage and clinches. Sanford is trying to stall.

Perhaps he's just using it as a distraction technique.

Omar bucks up whilst keeping hold of a body lock, managing to reverse the position. Now he's in top in Sanford's guard. Omar passes into half guard. Sanford has no desire to be mounted, so is trying to control. Omar is working away from the top position though. Omar is working for submissions here but there's nothing on.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Omar thumps the canvas. Not on purpose obviously - he just missed Sanford's head. Sanford tries to regain full guard. Instead though, Omar has advanced to mount. Sanford is desperately trying to improve his position but Omar has a good base and remains in mount. Sanford takes a big shot to the head but keeps on trying to improve his position. That was a close second round but I would say that Jose Omar will probably get the nod. That's time! Back to the action! So, we enter the final round. Let's see if either fighter can bring us a finish, or whether we're going to the judges scorecards.

It looks like Jose Omar has been cut. Sanford stumbles momentarily as he takes a strong leg kick from Omar. Oh Omar is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!! Omar shapes like he's going to throw a leg kick but settles back down. Sanford is looking to clinch but Omar is avoiding it.
