Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Kenneth Smith (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Bear Grey (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Bear Grey will no doubt be trying to keep this one on the feet, where he has a distinct advantage.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Smith fails with a takedown attempt from distance.

Grey looking to shoot here. He's gone for it and he's landed a takedown into mount! Oh, that's bad for Smith!

Grey manages to capitalize on a mistake by Smith to take his back!

Smith breaks Grey's hooks off and manages to turn into his guard.

Grey bucks up whilst keeping hold of a body lock, managing to reverse the position. Now he's in top in Smith's guard.
Grey must be cautious of submissions here, given that his opponent has the superior Jiu Jitsu.
Grey is looking to work some ground and pound but Smith has wrist control.
Grey scores with a decent looking elbow strike.

Smith is looking for a triangle but Grey pushes his legs off easily.
Smith will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions.

Grey really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Smith. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.

Smith wants to control but Grey is keeping busy.
Grey looks towards his corner to check for any instructions. The corner give him nothing to work with, so he cracks Smith with a short hammerfist. I guess that's as good as any advice he could get in this position.
The fighters are battling for position here. Smith manages to regain full guard. Nice work.

Grey has a momentary lapse of concentration, allowing Smith to throw up a leg and lock on what appears to be a pretty tight triangle! Grey is fighting it off but it's all too little too late - Smith pulls down on the head and he's put Grey to sleep! This one is all over!
