Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Glory Of The Golden (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jo Resta (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
0 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Glory Of The Golden! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Jo Resta! The judges for this bout are Wesley Smith, Cecil Peabody and Robert Twigg.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Golden wants to clinch and Resta counters with a takedown into side control. Golden is looking for a sweep. Golden regains half guard. Golden wants to get back to his feet.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Golden is looking to control Resta's leg but it's slowly edging free. Can Golden avoid being mounted? Golden is trying to get back to full guard. Resta is thwarting Golden's attempts to control the position. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
That's one minute gone in the round. Golden makes his way to full guard. A much better position for Golden. Resta is looking to stand up but Golden won't let him. Resta not doing a lot at the moment. He'll have to show some more aggression or the fight will get stood up. Resta tries to stand but Golden is controlling from the bottom. Resta wants to control from the top but Golden keeps moving. The referee wants the fighters to be more active or he's going to reset them on the feet.
The ref stands the fighters back up. Jo Resta was stalling too much, according to the referee. Resta cracks Golden with a big right hand that sends him to the floor! Golden looks wobbly but he's sprung back up to his feet straight away… can Resta finish him?
It looks like Glory Of The Golden has been cut. Resta tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but Golden swivels and escapes. Golden lands a body shot.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Resta looks to land a combination. Golden sees it coming but can only parry a couple of the shots. The crowd are loving this. Great action here. Golden doesn't succeed with the takedown and Resta counters with a takedown into full mount! That could mean trouble for Golden!
Golden is rocked! Resta trying to control but he's not successful this time. Resta looks gassed! Resta unloads with some shots from mount but Golden bucks and avoids them well.
Golden can't escape the position.
Golden defends a decent attempt at a guillotine from Resta. Resta sitting in mount, just looking to control for the moment.
That's three minutes gone in the round. It looks like Resta might be adopting somewhat of a lay and pray gameplan here, which I'm sure won't go down too well with the paying fans in attendance... Or the ring announcers come to think of it. Resta tries to stand up but he's trapped just for the moment. Golden tries to lock up and control but Resta gives him a forearm to the face and pushes him away. Golden gets back to half guard. Golden trying to control here.
That's four minutes gone in the round. A few boos can be heard. I'm sure they will multiply if the fighters don't pick up the pace. Resta is working for a kimura from half guard. He's really concentrating on the hold and it's allowed Golden to slip a leg under and get back to full guard. Resta trying to control the position from guard on top but Golden is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. Golden scores with a couple of body punches from the bottom.
The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end. Resta tries to free his leg and advance position but Golden is retaining full guard. Golden had isolated an arm as going for a kimura. Resta defends it easily. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Jo Resta dominated that round. The cut man is working on Glory Of The Golden's cut. That's time! Golden's corner gives him a slap on the ass as he gets ready to fight.
Golden looking to shoot here. He's gone for it and he's landed a takedown into mount! Oh, that's bad for Resta! Resta is desperately trying to get back to half guard.

Resta is wriggling around trying to escape.
Resta takes a big shot to the head but keeps on trying to improve his position. Golden wants to control the pace but Resta is squirming around nicely. Resta is breathing heavily.
That's one minute gone in the round. Golden raining down hammerfists from mount. We get told so often about how wrestlers don't like to be on their backs. Let's see if Resta can do anything to dispel that myth. Golden lands an elbow that was bordering on illegal but the referee lets it go with a warning. Golden can't quite control the action as he would like just now, as Resta is looking to escape. Golden controlling the pace for now. Jo Resta has got the better of the ground game so far. Resta looking to escape from mount but he's given up his back!
That's two minutes gone in the round. Resta trying to control the hands but Golden won't let him. Resta can't escape the position.
Resta staying busy and making it hard for Golden to control. Golden scores with a nice shot to the head of his opponent. Resta is looking for a way out. Golden wants to control but Resta is keeping busy. Golden is riding his opponent, not letting Resta buck him off.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Resta trying to control the hands but Golden won't let him. Resta trying to survive by controlling the hands. Golden working for a RNC but it's not happening just yet.
That's four minutes gone in the round. My god... these two guys really need to pick up the pace or everyone will leave to go get a beer. Golden keeps control of the position as Resta tries to break free.
Golden missing with strikes. Golden is looking to control Resta but Resta is wriggling around and keeping busy. Golden is hanging on to Resta's back as he tries to escape.
Golden is riding his opponent, not letting Resta buck him off. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Glory Of The Golden dominated that second round. The cut man is working on Glory Of The Golden's cut. That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action. This is the final round!
Resta fakes an overhand right and shoots for a takedown. Golden sprawls well initially but Resta persists and gets the takedown into half guard. Golden looking for submissions from an awkward position here. Resta throwing shots but they're hitting the canvas more than the man. Resta is trying to control. Golden wants to improve his position but can't escape this time. Resta is trying to get back to his feet now but his leg is trapped.
Golden is looking to control Resta's leg but it's slowly edging free. Can Golden avoid being mounted? Resta prevents Golden from standing back up.
Both fighters are breathing heavily. Golden trying to control from the bottom.
That's one minute gone in the round. The referee looks like he's ready to step in and stand the fighters back up. Resta takes a deep breath and rests his weight momentarily on top of his opponent, to control the position.
The ref stands the fighters back up, due to lack of action by Jo Resta. Golden shoots in looking for a takedown but Resta manages to keep the fight standing, pushing Golden's face into the canvas for good measure before circling away. Golden closes the distance looking to clinch and Resta counters with a nice single leg takedown and he's in Golden's guard now. Resta stopping the sweep attempt from Golden. Resta stands and steps away. Golden gets to his feet too and we're back to the striking game. Resta tries for a takedown but Golden sees it coming a mile off and avoids it easily. Golden with a lazy takedown attempt and Resta counters with a takedown into full mount! That could mean trouble for Golden!
That's two minutes gone in the round. The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! Resta is standing up, even though he is in mount. Golden fails with the takedown and Resta counters by clinching up. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Glory Of The Golden. That's going to take a lot out of him. Golden's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does. Golden fails with the takedown and Resta counters by moving into the clinch. Resta misses with a knee strike.
Golden fails to pull guard.
Resta jumps guard but Golden stands there with Resta around his waist. Resta gives up and drops back to his feet. We remain in the clinch.
Golden is trying to slow down the pace in the clinch, to catch his breath. Resta fails to pull the fight into his guard.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Golden gets control of Resta's arms and successfully pulls guard. Golden will no doubt be looking for submissions off his back. Resta looking to pass the guard. Golden wants to improve his position but instead Resta has moved into half guard.
Golden has no desire to be mounted, so is trying to control. Resta is working away from the top position though. Resta tries to pass to full mount but Golden defends it. Resta thumps the canvas. Not on purpose obviously - he just missed Golden's head.
That's four minutes gone in the round. There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action. Golden is trying to maintain the position but Resta is very close to passing his half guard. Golden wants to improve his position but Resta is controlling well.
The referee claps his hands together and tells the fighters to work. Resta wants to stand up but Golden has a hold of him and won't allow it. Golden gets back to full guard.
And that's the end of the fight! Jo Resta comfortably won the final round on my scorecard. Well Resta has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
