The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Carmichael on the wrong end of a nice low kick. He's acting like it's no big deal but he doesn't want to take many more of those.
Garcia Jr tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.

and Garcia Jr connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle.

Carmichael shoots for a takedown but Garcia Jr saw that one coming a mile off and avoided it easily.

Carmichael throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land.

That kick from Garcia Jr tenderised Carmichael's leg. Carmichael is trying to keep his angry face on.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Garcia Jr is working hard to escape and get back to his feet. After a battle for position, Carmichael asserts his dominance and retains side control.

That was a close second round but I would say that Dresden Carmichael will probably get the nod.
That's time! Carmichael's corner gives him a slap on the ass as he gets ready to fight. This is the final round!
