Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between oGG NoGG (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Kota Kamiya (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). NoGG comes to the cage accompanied by Pantera : 5 Minutes Alone. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 5 rounds, for the lightweight championship of the world! Introducing the champion to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
9 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, oGG NoGG! And introducing the challenger to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
13 - 1 - 0, fighting out of London, Kota Kamiya! The judges for this bout are George Francis, Wesley Smith and Stewart Dunkirk.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! NoGG is looking to clinch. NoGG misses with a takedown and Kamiya counters with a nice low kick that buckles NoGG's knee momentarily. Kamiya throws a leg kick and NoGG counters with a takedown into side control. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. NoGG is looking to take a break and control but Kamiya is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom. Kamiya is looking to regain half guard here but NoGG keeps moving and retains side control.
That's one minute gone in the round. Kamiya is letting NoGG control him for a moment. Kamiya is looking to reverse the position. NoGG wants to lay and pray for a moment but Kamiya keeps working. Kamiya is sneaking out the side here. He's bucked NoGG off and has taken his back! Can NoGG hold on?! Kamiya is landing more strikes to his hapless foe.

NoGG is rocked! NoGG breaks Kamiya's hooks off and manages to turn into his guard.

NoGG won't allow Kamiya to get back to his feet. NoGG trying to control the position from guard on top but Kamiya is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. NoGG passes Kamiya's right leg, so he's now in half guard.
That's three minutes gone in the round. NoGG passes the guard and advances to mount! Kamiya is writhing around trying to get back to his feet. NoGG wants to control the pace but Kamiya is squirming around nicely. Kamiya wants to control but NoGG is having none of it. NoGG throwing sloppy strikes here. Perhaps if he tightened up his striking from such a dominant position, he'd be able to finish easier.
Kamiya is looking to get to half guard. Kamiya tries to hold on but NoGG pushes him away. NoGG postures up and cracks his opponent a couple of times before moving back into close ground control. Kamiya looks a forlorn figure.

That's four minutes gone in the round. Kamiya keeping his composure momentarily, calmly looking to get back to half guard.
Kamiya wants to hold on but NoGG pushes him away. Kamiya blocking the ground and pound. Kamiya is desperately trying to get back to half guard.
NoGG controlling the pace for now. NoGG can't quite control the action as he would like just now, as Kamiya is looking to escape. Kamiya is trying to escape the mount.

That was a close round but I would say that oGG NoGG will probably get the nod. Well, the break between rounds is over. Let's get back to the scrappin!
NoGG with a poor takedown and Kamiya counters with a right hand to the body. Kamiya throws a lazy uppercut
and NoGG connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle. Kamiya lands a pitter patter jab to the forehead of his opponent. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Kamiya drops his hands momentarily and NoGG takes advantage with a crisp shot to the head.
That's one minute gone in the round. A head kick by NoGG misses and Kamiya counters with a lovely shot to the body. Kamiya has a takedown stuffed. NoGG tries to close the distance and clinch but Kamiya swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.
That's two minutes gone in the round. A few boos can be heard. I'm sure they will multiply if the fighters don't pick up the pace. Kamiya fails with the takedown. A shot to the body from Kamiya misses and NoGG counters with a nice single leg takedown and he's in Kamiya's guard now. NoGG trying to control but Kamiya is working from the bottom. NoGG got a little sloppy there for a moment and Kamiya has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, NoGG has managed to get both his arms back between Kamiya's legs - danger averted. NoGG trying to control but Kamiya is working from the bottom.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Kamiya bucks up whilst keeping hold of a body lock, managing to reverse the position. Now he's in top in NoGG's guard. Kamiya in full guard, throwing the ground and pound. No damage this time. Kamiya scoring with punches to the head and body. Kamiya working some strikes from top position. Kamiya trying to control but NoGG is working from the bottom. NoGG is trying to control the position but Kamiya postures up. NoGG is looking for a triangle but Kamiya pushes his legs off easily.
NoGG escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Kamiya gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance. Kamiya stopping the sweep attempt from NoGG.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Kamiya scoring with punches to the head and body. NoGG has momentary wrist control but Kamiya slips an elbow through the middle. Kamiya throws a big right hand that misses. Kamiya lands a couple of digs. Kamiya missing there with some ground and pound from the guard. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Kamiya trying to control the position from guard on top but NoGG is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. Kamiya lands a nice shot whilst sitting in his opponent's guard. Kamiya trying to control the position from guard on top but NoGG is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. Kamiya is pushing down on NoGG's leg trying to pass to half guard. NoGG is fighting to maintain full guard but Kamiya has managed to sneak the leg through. NoGG is trying to defend against the ground and pound but Kamiya scores with a couple of nice shots. Kota Kamiya showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards. The fighters' corners scream their final instructions, as the referee calls time. Here we go, back to the action!

We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. NoGG misses with a takedown attempt and Kamiya decides to take the opportunity to score a takedown. He's landed in NoGG's guard.

Kamiya has control of NoGG's left arm, preventing NoGG from doing any damage.
OK we're going to have a standup here. Kota Kamiya hasn't been effective enough on the ground and the referee wants a restart. NoGG has his takedown stuffed enabling Kamiya to counter with a crisp jab.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it. NoGG dodges the punch combination from Kamiya.
Kamiya shoots in but doesn't get the takedown and NoGG cracks him with a counter punch right on the button. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Kota Kamiya really dominated that round. OK. That's time! The bell goes and we're back to the action.
NoGG throws a loose over hand right and dives in with a double leg takedown. Kamiya tries to sprawl but it's too late and the fighters hit the mat. NoGG is in Kamiya's guard. NoGG throwing elbows and punches but not connecting, as Kamiya works some decent striking defense from the bottom. Kamiya wants to get back to his feet but NoGG is in a dominant position and won't allow it. Kamiya tries to land a sweep but no joy. Kamiya is avoiding any damage by keeping wrist control. Kamiya has thrown up a leg looking for a triangle. NoGG doesn't defend quickly enough and Kamiya has managed to lock this one up! Can NoGG escape?! NO! He's tapping out! Damn, that was a quick submission - congrats to Kamiya on a fantastic submission victory.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:57 of round 4, we have a winner by way of Submission (Triangle). Kota Kamiya! Kota Kamiya retains his lightweight title!
