The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Panama looks to throw the jab but Rigaldo is out of range.
Rigaldo forces Panama back against the cage and clinches.

Rigaldo drops down looking for an ankle pick but Panama pulls his leg out and moves away.

Rigaldo changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Panama tries to avoid it but Rigaldo manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Panama to the ground. Panama escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

This is turning into a torrid day at the office for Rigaldo. He's trying desperately to land a takedown but he's failing miserably and getting slapped silly on the feet to compound his misery.

Panama has his foot on Rigaldo's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. Rigaldo works his way back into a safe position though.
