Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Dammahom Malsi (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Stanley Stankus (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Stankus has chosen Koto - Jabdah as his entrance music, which hasn't gone down very well with the crowd. Dammahom Malsi has the edge in experience - let's see if he can make that count tonight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the super heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
0 - 4 - 1, fighting out of New York, Dammahom Malsi! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
0 - 1 - 0, fighting out of New York, Stanley Stankus! The judges for this bout are Eddie Farnsworth, David Schapiro and Alyssa Summers.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Malsi tries to clinch up but Stankus circles away and keeps his distance. Stankus drives through and clinches with Malsi against the cage.
Stankus breaks the clinch.
Stankus looks to throw the jab but Malsi is out of range. Malsi takes a thudding leg kick, right into the meat of the thigh. Malsi tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but Stankus swivels and escapes. Malsi fakes and then throws a beautiful body shot. Stankus looks a bit winded and takes a step backwards to take a breath. Malsi slips a jab from Stankus. Stankus throws a head kick that connects with a bit of head and a bit of hand.
Stankus chopping away at his opponent's legs.
Malsi will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.
Thud! ouch! good body kick from Stankus - that will leave a mark!
Stankus pulls out of a head kick attempt.
Stankus looks gassed! Malsi shoots in for a double leg but Stankus sprawls well. That's going to sap some energy. Stankus scores with a kick to the midsection. Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! Malsi tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion. Stankus throws a left and a right that both miss
and Malsi counters with a leg kick then a big left hand that sends Stankus down! Malsi is looking to finish but Stankus is intelligently defending himself.
Stankus is rocked! Malsi throwing elbows and punches but not connecting, as Stankus works some decent striking defense from the bottom. Stankus is still in real trouble! Can Malsi finish him? Malsi is intent on slowing down the pace of the fight, simply looking to control. Malsi has to be careful here, sitting in the guard of a superior BJJ player. Malsi is looking to work some ground and pound but Stankus has wrist control. Stankus seems to have recovered his senses. Malsi knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Stankus on the ground.
That's one minute gone in the round. Malsi trying to control but Stankus is working from the bottom. Stankus has control of Malsi's left arm, preventing Malsi from doing any damage. Malsi seems content to control from guard here. He's going to have to remain active though if he doesn't want to get stood back up. Malsi trying to control but Stankus is working from the bottom.
That's two minutes gone in the round. A lull in the action here being met with boos from the crowd. Malsi looking to control the position here, rather than advance. Stankus should think about turning a few of those tyres round his middle into muscle if he wants people to take him seriously as an athlete. Stankus looking to hit a scissor sweep but Malsi is one step ahead there. Malsi with a flurry of punches that miss. Stankus is doing well to control the posture of his opponent and prevent any damage.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Stankus is working the butterfly guard. He manages to land a nice scissor sweep and is now in half guard on the top. Nice move. Stankus seems content to maintain position for now, rather than mounting any offense. Malsi is trying to control but can't.
Malsi wants to improve his position but Stankus is controlling well.
The fighters are starting to perspire pretty heavily. Malsi trying to control from the bottom.
Malsi is looking to improve his position.
That's four minutes gone in the round. The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so. Stankus is trying to control the action in half guard but Malsi is working away on the bottom, looking perhaps to get back to full guard. Stankus is thwarting Malsi's attempts to control the position.
Well, the referee has seen enough. Neither fighter is active enough on the ground so he's stood them back up. It's a brutal combination of punches from Malsi! Stankus is backing up but he can't get away as Malsi lands with one final shot to the jaw that drops Stankus and ends the fight. Great knockout.
