Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Petr Vondrachek (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jackson Fonseca (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Fonseca is bobbing his head along to his entrance song: Guns n' Roses - Welcome to the Jungle. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A low kick from Vondrachek misses
and Fonseca counters with a straight punch to the midsection.
Vondrachek misses with a hook.
Vondrachek loads up on a big right hand but Fonseca slips the punch.
Fonseca is looking to clinch but Vondrachek is avoiding it.

Vondrachek feints and then cracks Fonseca's leading leg with a nice low kick. He's obviously looking to slow Fonseca down.
Both fighters are looking to counter, which isn't making for the most exciting fight in the world.

The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so.

Vondrachek escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Fonseca gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance.

Fonseca postures up to throw the ground and pound strikes but they don't connect.

Vondrachek has thrown up a leg looking for a triangle. Fonseca doesn't defend quickly enough and Vondrachek has managed to lock this one up! Can Fonseca escape?! NO! He's tapping out! Damn, that was a quick submission - congrats to Vondrachek on a fantastic submission victory.
