The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Aina misses with a takedown attempt - Willis sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses.
Willis ducks under an overhand right and circles away with a smile on his face.
Willis tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion.

Willis feints with a shoulder and throws a nice leg kick to Aina's calf.

Aina turns his back and goes for a hip toss. It's a bit messy but it gets the job done and Aina manages to end up in side control.

Aina has worked his way into a potential kimura here. Willis is trying to get out of the position but his squirming has just got him deeper into trouble. Aina yanks on the arm and Willis is forced to tap due to a very painful looking submission! Nice work by Aina.
