Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Bertrand Russel (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Barry Gordan (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Gordan has a niggling injury. He would have liked to come in 100% fit but that's not always possible. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

The judges for this bout are Damien Edna, Donatello Bradman and John Mangel.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Russel lands with a cross to side of his opponent's head.
It looks like Barry Gordan has been cut.
Gordan uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Russel.
Gordan throws a lazy uppercut
and Russel counters with a nice kick to the body.
Gordan looks gassed!
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Russel lands a slapping body shot.
Russel lands a nice shot to the body.
Gordan steps to his left, right into the path of a big body kick from Russel. That one must have hurt.
Russel lunges in with a left hook that violently twists Gordan head around and knocks him out cold! Russel hops onto the cage and yells out at the top of his lungs - Yeeeeeeeeaaaaaaaaah! They're showing the replay on the big screens now; that was nasty! I hope one of the photographers got a good shot of it.
