Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between John Cena (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Randall Cleaver (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Chooooooooon! I think Cena might be my favorite fighter, now he's come out to My time is now. Cleaver has chosen Drowning Pool - Bodies as his entrance music. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Cena misses with a right hand
and Cleaver decides to take the opportunity to score a takedown. He's landed in Cena's guard.

Cena is working actively off his back, looking to secure an arm or perhaps work for a triangle.
Cena has his foot on Cleaver's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. Cleaver works his way back into a safe position though.
Cena wants to control here, rather than go for any submissions from the bottom. At least for now.

The crowd cheers as Cleaver lands an impressive looking overhand right. Cena doesn't seem phased though.
Cena shoots in but Cleaver avoids the takedown attempt easily.
Cleaver throws a jab to the body, straight down the pipe. Boom. That sent Cena stumbling backwards but he manages to regain his composure quickly.
Cleaver lands an overhand left. A wild punch that just about connected.
Cena tries to bum rush Cleaver with a series of wild strikes but Cleaver uses good footwork to avoid the assault.
Randall Cleaver seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Cena looks shocked there as he takes a right hand to the temple.
A momentary lapse in concentration from Cena enables Cleaver to shoot in and score with a neat double leg. Cena manages to secure a closed guard as the fighters hit the mat.
Cleaver would like to get this fight back to the feet but can't get free from the closed guard.

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Cleaver wants to get up but he can't break Cena's closed guard. He needs to be careful trying to break the legs open, as he's open to submissions here.
Cena will have to put a bit more behind his punches if he's going to do any damage from this position.

Cena rolls with it to try and escape but Cleaver cranks on the arm and Cena is forced to tap out! This one is aaaaaaaaall over!
