Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Action Jackson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Roy Jones Sr (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Roy Jones Sr is the more experienced fighter, so let's see if that makes a difference tonight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Action Jackson! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
2 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Roy Jones Sr! The judges for this bout are Summer Carpenter, Skip Squint and Hugh Johnson.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Jackson fails with a rather predictable takedown attempt. Jones Sr plants his feet and lands a nice head kick!
It looks like Action Jackson has been cut. Jackson shoots in but Jones Sr avoids the takedown attempt easily. Jackson shoots in and drives through. Jones Sr sprawls well. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Action Jackson. That's going to take a lot out of him. Jackson fails with the takedown. Jackson shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Jones Sr pinned against the cage. Jones Sr gets the underhooks and manages to circle away. Excellent takedown into side control there by Jackson. Jackson tries for an arm triangle. That looks pretty tight to me. Is this one over!?! Possibly, maybe, no Jackson has let go of the choke. Obviously it wasn't as tight as we thought! Jackson is breathing heavily. Jones Sr tries to escape but Jackson is in control.
That's one minute gone in the round. Jackson wants to work for a kimura but he's foiled early by Jones Sr, who protects the arm well. Jackson tries for a kimura but Jones Sr is defending well. Jones Sr tries to buck Jackson off but Jackson is having none of it. Jones Sr is trying to stand back up. He's worked his way up against the cage but Jackson has just dragged him back down to the mat. Jackson working hard here to secure a kimura but he's not really in the right position for it. Jones Sr prevents Jackson from moving into mount.
That's two minutes gone in the round. My god... these two guys really need to pick up the pace or everyone will leave to go get a beer. Jackson wants to work for a kimura but he's foiled early by Jones Sr, who protects the arm well. Jackson has hold of Jones Sr's arm here. He's working for an Americana. It looks like he might have it! Jones Sr tries to escape but he's just digging himself in deeper - Jackson cranks the arm and Jones Sr screams in pain! The ref makes a decision and ends the fight before the tap - no complains from Jones Sr, who is just happy to have his arm attached to his body.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:24 of round 1, we have a winner by way of Submission (Americana). Action Jackson!
