Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Mark Dexter (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and The Legendary Tonying (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Tonying comes into a darkened arena with his song building. NAS - Hate Me Now kicks in, the lights come on and the crowd goes wild! What a showman! Mark Dexter has a significant reach advantage - let's see if he can make it count.

The judges for this bout are Sam Margolis, James Ackerman and Donald Grub.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Tonying has managed to clinch.

Tonying escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
Tonying misses with a two punch combination.
Horrible takedown by Dexter or perhaps it was just good defense by Tonying which made him look bad.
Mark Dexter seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Tonying fails in his attempt to clinch.
A slow jab from Dexter misses its intended target.

Some wild striking there from Dexter.
Dexter lands the left hand.
Dexter shoots in and drives through. Tonying sprawls well.
Dexter throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Tonying 's waist but Tonying gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Dexter off to one side.

Dexter tries to score a power double leg takedown but Tonying sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Dexter somewhat.

Dexter fakes with the hands and throws a leg kick but Tonying is out of range.

Dexter throws a looping overhand right but Tonying ducks down to avoid it.

We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Tonying blocks a body shot from Dexter.

Tonying breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.
Dexter lunges in with an uppercut that skims his opponent's chin.
Dexter shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Tonying pinned against the cage. Tonying gets the underhooks and manages to circle away.
Dexter swings wildly with a couple of big hooks
and Tonying counters with a straight right hand.

It looks like Mark Dexter has been cut.
Dexter is breathing heavily.

Tonying tries to clinch up.
Tonying tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Dexter paws at him with a jab and circles away.
Dexter tries to bum rush Tonying with a series of wild strikes but Tonying uses good footwork to avoid the assault.
Tonying tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.
Dexter shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Tonying as he jumps to the side.
Tonying fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Dexter manages to avoid it.
Nice takedown defense from Tonying . No joy for Dexter on that attempt.
Dexter dives in and grabs Tonying 's left leg, looking for a takedown. Tonying pushes down on Dexter's head and hops out.
Tonying tries to close the distance and clinch up but Dexter swats him away and circles back towards the center.
Tonying fails to land with the punch combination there - jab, cross, hook, miss, miss, miss.
Tonying tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion.
Tonying shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Dexter but Dexter pushes him off and we're back to square one.

A really sloppy takedown attempt there from Tonying .
Tonying tries to close the distance and clinch up but Dexter swats him away and circles back towards the center.
Dexter shoots in for a double leg but Tonying sprawls well. That's going to sap some energy.
Dexter shoots in looking for a takedown. Tonying tries to sprawl out of it but Dexter keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Tonying manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.

Tonying changes levels and drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Dexter looks really pissed at himself for not defending that better.
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.

Tonying has had enough of the ground for now and decides to stand.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!

Dexter gets a double leg takedown into Tonying 's guard.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

A close round but The Legendary Tonying will probably get the nod.

The fighters get back to their feet, the hooter sounds and we're back to the action!

Tonying drives through and clinches with Dexter against the cage.
Dexter misses with a short punch on the inside.
Tonying blocking some punches.
Dexter struggles to land a body shot inside as Tonying controls his hands.
Dexter throws a punch but it's blocked by Tonying .
Tonying lands an elbow inside that Dexter shrugs off.
Dexter can't find room to land a body shot as Tonying controls the action.

Tonying breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.
Dexter has a takedown stuffed.
Dexter throws a leg kick
and Tonying counters with a three punch combo that has Dexter backing up. Dexter nods at Tonying to acknowledge the strikes.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Tonying keeps the fight standing with a nice sprawl.
Tonying fakes with a right hand and throws a good leg kick, right into the thigh. That had to hurt Dexter.
Dexter shoots in but no luck this time.

Tonying lands a big head kick that sends Dexter tumbling to the mat! Tonying takes a step backwards and waves Dexter back to his feet - he wants the finish!

Dexter gets taken down but at least he's managed to land in guard.

Tonying gets to his feet and steps away from his opponent.

Dexter misses with a leg kick.
Dexter dives in and grabs Tonying 's left leg, looking for a takedown. Tonying pushes down on Dexter's head and hops out.
A combination from Tonying does no damage.

Mark Dexter's cut is bleeding quite badly. He's got to try and protect it.
Tonying scores with a nice hook to the head.

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Dexter takes one to the chin there.

Jeez, Mark Dexter's cut is really nasty now. The referee must be thinking about getting that checked.
Dexter looks for a takedown but Tonying sprawls well.
Tonying tries a head kick but it misses.
Dexter misses the jab.
Dexter will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.

Tonying throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
Dexter throws a leg kick that is checked

and Tonying counters by clinching up.
Tonying looking to throw knees to the head but Dexter is blocking nicely.
Dexter is trying to force a seperation but Tonying has the dominant position.

Dexter tries to land a shot to the body but it's blocked.

Dexter throws a right hand that misses
and Tonying makes him pay by landing a thudding low kick.
Dexter has his head slapped from side to side by a 3 punch combination. That must have hurt him.
Dexter seems to be squinting his left eye. Perhaps he got a poke in that previous exchange. Tonying shows no mercy and swarms him with a barage of strikes! Dexter is backing up but Tonying catches him with a final right hook that drops him! Dexter covers up and the referee steps in to end the fight! Tonying Jumps to his feet and flashes his guns to the crowd. Oh yeah, baby! How'd you like them apples?!
