Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Levi tries to sprawl but Numi drives through with a takedown into half guard.
Levi trying to control from the bottom.
Numi keeping composed on the top, looking to control the action.
Numi working some ground and pound from close in. He's looking to maintain this position and strike for a while by the looks of things... although he'll probably advance to full mount in a minute now I've said that.
Levi wants to control but Numi is keeping busy.
Numi scores with a couple of good hammerfists.
Levi has hold of Numi's hands but Numi slips his arm to the side and lands an elbow.
Numi thows a wild elbow that connects with the canvas.
Levi is looking to get back to full guard here but Numi has managed to pass to side control instead.

Numi decides to stand up, so the ref orders Levi to his feet.

and Numi counters with a three punch combo that has Levi backing up. Levi nods at Numi to acknowledge the strikes.
Levi pushes Numi up against the cage in a clinch.
Numi gets through Levi's defenses to land a nice punch to the side of the head.
Numi drops down for a takedown but doesn't get it.

Numi has Levi pressed against the cage, preventing Levi from circling away and getting back to striking at range.

Levi throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
Numi shoots in and scores a nice double leg takedown into half guard.
Numi wants to pass the guard but Levi is defending well.
Levi has no desire to be mounted, so is trying to control. Numi is working away from the top position though.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Numi cracks Levi with a nasty head shot there - the crowd let out an audible gasp there, as the noise reverberated around the arena.

Numi looks like he's working for a submission but he's not found anything just yet.

Levi tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.

Jack Levi seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

The referee calls for the fighters to work.
Numi landing with strikes to the body and head, softening up his opponent.
Numi has freed up his trapped foot and advances to mount.

The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena.
The referee wants the fighters to be more active or he's going to reset them on the feet.
Lama Numi has forced the referee to step in and restart the fight on the feet.

Levi moves out of range as Numi throws a body kick.
Levi wants to clinch
and Numi counters with a nice double leg into guard.
Levi is looking to sweep but instead, Numi has passed into half guard.
Numi stands, ready to strike. The ref makes him back up and allows Levi to get to his feet.
Numi pulls out of a head kick attempt.

and Numi counters with a single leg into guard. Levi didn't expect that.
Levi knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Numi on the ground.
Numi not doing a lot at the moment. He'll have to show some more aggression or the fight will get stood up.

If this pace continues, the referee will definitely step in and force a standup.
Numi gets to his feet. Levi looking to butt scoot but the ref puts an end to that. On your feet son!
A really sloppy takedown attempt there from Numi.
Numi closes the distance and clinches.
Numi jumps guard.

Numi keeping moving, preventing Levi from controlling successfully.
Numi manages to escape and get back to his feet.
Levi thuds his shin into the meat of Numi's side.
Numi shoots in and bounces Levi off the cage to secure the takedown into guard.
Numi passes Levi's left leg - he's now in half guard.
Numi throwing shots but they're hitting the canvas more than the man.
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.
Numi works his foot free and advances to mount.

Lama Numi showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards.
The fighters' corners scream their final instructions, as the referee calls time. Here we go, back to the action! And we move into the final round!

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Numi slows the pace down here. Having a little breather whilst he's in a dominant position, looking to rest and regain some energy, ready to go for the finish.
Numi is cranking Levi's head sideways - that looks painful. He's managed to get his other arm under the chin and this looks bad for Levi! He's tightened the choke and Levi is tapping out!
