Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Mamath Blah (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Lewis Lutetium (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Lewis Lutetium told me before the fight that he's been watching a lot of DVDs so let's see if that helps him in this one! I can't wait to find out!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
4 - 2 - 0, fighting out of London, Mamath Blah!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of
1 - 2 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Lewis Lutetium!
The judges for this bout are Aleksandr Martynov, Konstantin Menshow and Fedor Mirinova.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Lutetium fails with a rather predictable takedown attempt.
No luck with that takedown attempt from Lutetium.
Lutetium shoots in but doesn't get the takedown
and Blah makes him pay by landing a nice hook to the body before moving out of range.
Mamath Blah has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Lewis Lutetium.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Blah stalks Lutetium and leaps in with a furious combination of punches. Uppercuts and crosses smash into Lutetium's face. Lutetium staggers backwards, shaken.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Lutetium shoots for a double leg takedown but Blah sprawls well. He's pushed Lutetium's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily.
Blah misses the shot to the body.
Blah swings and misses with a hook to the body.
Lutetium shoots in but doesn't get the takedown
and Blah counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head.
That's two minutes gone in the round.
Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it.
Lutetium walks into a jab.
Lutetium shoots in for a takedown but doesn't get it.
Lutetium fails with a takedown attempt from distance.
Lutetium dives in and grabs Blah's left leg, looking for a takedown. Blah pushes down on Lutetium's head and hops out.
That's three minutes gone in the round.
The fighters circling - Blah throws out the jab but it was never going to land.
Lutetium has a takedown stuffed.
Blah cracks a nice hook into Lutetium's ribs.
Blah really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.

My god... these two guys really need to pick up the pace or everyone will leave to go get a beer.
Blah looks to land a right hand but Lutetium moved out of range.
Blah misses with an uppercut
and Lutetium decides to take the opportunity to score a takedown. He's landed in Blah's guard.
Lutetium is stalling in the full guard.
Blah managing to control the position.
Blah wants to sweep here but Lutetium controlling him for the moment.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Mamath Blah dominated that round.
Well, the break between rounds is over. Let's get back to the scrappin!
Lutetium changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Blah tries to avoid it but Lutetium manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Blah to the ground. Blah escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.

and Blah counters with a one-two to the body.

Lutetium looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Blah is fending him off so far but Lutetium persists. Nope, Blah circles away and we're back to standing.

Blah defends well against a solid takedown attempt from Lutetium.
A jab from Blah misses.
Lutetium fails with a takedown attempt.
Blah with a body punch. A glancing blow.

The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight.
Lutetium rushes in with a sloppy looking punch
and Lutetium takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles.
Lutetium shoots in for a takedown but Blah shows good takedown defense.
A big left from Blah misses.
That's three minutes gone in the round.
Blah just misses with a punch to the body.
Blah connects with a crisp jab.
Blah misses with a lunging right hand
and Lutetium counters with a shot to the ribs. That looked like it hurt.
Blah lands with a cross.
That's four minutes gone in the round.
A lull in the action here being met with boos from the crowd.
Blah takes a step towards his opponent and connects with a left hand, before circling away.
Lutetium shoots in for a takedown but doesn't get it.
Lutetium misses with a takedown attempt. He shot from a bit too far out.
Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out!
No luck with that takedown attempt from Lutetium.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Mamath Blah dominated that second round.
The fighters get back to their feet, the hooter sounds and we're back to the action! This is the final round!
Blah defends well against a solid takedown attempt from Lutetium.
A jab from Blah misses.

Lutetium with poor footwork there. He got himself in a bit of a tangle, enabling Blah to score with a decent uppercut.
Lutetium will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts.
Lewis Lutetium seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Blah stuffs a takedown. It's all about dictating where the fight takes place and Blah wants it to stay on the feet.

Lutetium takes a big intake of breath there - he's definitely tired.

Lutetium looks for a takedown. He's got it. We're now in half guard.
Lutetium is looking for a kimura here.
That's four minutes gone in the round.
Blah is looking to escape.
Lutetium passes to side control.
Blah tries to buck Lutetium off but Lutetium is having none of it.
Lutetium is looking for a kimura. He might have it! No, Blah has escaped the position, nice work there.
Lutetium swings around for an armbar but Blah sees it coming a mile off and turns beautifully into Lutetium's guard.
Mamath Blah is fighting for a decision here - he's started to take the cautious approach.
Blah wanted to stand there but Lutetium had control of the position.
Lewis Lutetium has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here!
And that's the end of the fight!
Mamath Blah showed his dominance in that final round.
Well I reckon that's a shut out for Blah, winning every round. Will the judges agree? They are the ones who matter, even if they are often depressingly incompetent. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
