Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Reggie Diggs (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and John Steinbeck (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Chooooooooon! I think Diggs might be my favorite fighter, now he's come out to Lupe Fiasco - Words I Never Said. Both fighters will be looking to make this an exciting fight for the fans, I'm sure!

The judges for this bout are Chris Downing, Alan Glass and Robert Twigg.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Steinbeck scores with a big left there. The judges will like that one.
Steinbeck scores with a jab.
Steinbeck gets caught flat footed, as Diggs shoots in with a quick takedown into guard.
Steinbeck wants to get back to his feet but Diggs is in a dominant position and won't allow it.
Diggs pushes down on Steinbeck's leg and manages to get into half guard.
Steinbeck is trying to stand.
Diggs has freed up his trapped foot and advances to mount.

You get the feeling that Steinbeck really doesn't like being in this position too much.
Diggs takes a little breather and maintains the position. The referee will be looking for him to stay active from such a dominant position though.
The fighters are trapped in the ropes so we're going to have a reposition here. The ref calls for a break and repositions the fighters in the center of the ring.

and Steinbeck counters with a crisp one two that drops Diggs! Steinbeck thinks about following him to the mat for a moment but instead steps back and waves Diggs to his feet! Diggs is in big trouble!

Steinbeck looks for a left high kick but can't connect. Steinbeck backs up to catch a breather... no he lunges forward with a huge flying knee that smacks Diggs's temple! It sends Diggs violently to the canvas! The crowd goes nuts as Steinbeck celebrates and the doctors try to help Diggs!
