Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Brandon Silvestry (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Royce Gracie (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Silvestry comes to the cage accompanied by Street Fighter. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
4 - 6 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Brandon Silvestry! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
6 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Royce Gracie! The judges for this bout are Steve Erwin, Bruno Hogan and John Mangel.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Gracie shoots and misses and Silvestry counters with a driving takedown into guard. Nice work there by Silvestry. Silvestry is looking to stand up but Gracie won't let him. Silvestry knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Gracie on the ground. Gracie is throwing his legs up, looking for submissions. Silvestry is aware though and is defending well. Gracie is looking for a triangle but Silvestry pushes his legs off easily.
Silvestry seems content to control from guard here. He's going to have to remain active though if he doesn't want to get stood back up. Silvestry got a little sloppy there for a moment and Gracie has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Silvestry has managed to get both his arms back between Gracie's legs - danger averted. We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! Gracie looking for submissions from the bottom here. Moving his hips around, possibly looking for an armbar.
Silvestry avoids a guillotine attempt easily.
Silvestry trying to control the position from guard on top but Gracie is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. Silvestry wants to pass the guard but Gracie is keeping the position.
That's one minute gone in the round. Silvestry throwing strikes from guard but Gracie blocks nicely. Gracie looking for submissions off his back, moving his hips, looking for an opening.
Silvestry slips nicely into half guard. Gracie actively working from the bottom here. Silvestry scores with a couple of good hammerfists. Gracie is not content to let Silvestry control the position. Gracie is looking to sinch up a guillotine here but Silvestry pulls his head out easily. Gracie looks gassed! Silvestry trying to mount his opponent but Gracie defends it. Silvestry wants to get back to his feet.
That's two minutes gone in the round. The fighters are starting to perspire pretty heavily. Gracie is not content to let Silvestry control the position. Gracie looking for submissions from an awkward position here. Silvestry works his way into full mount! Silvestry content just to control the position here. Gracie tries to reverse the position but Silvestry maintains control. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Silvestry is standing up, even though he is in mount. Silvestry drives through and clinches with Gracie against the cage.
Gracie goes for a takedown attempt but Silvestry pushes him away and we're back to fighting at a distance.
Gracie on the receiving end of a decent leg kick there by Silvestry. Silvestry obviously looking to wear him down.
Silvestry fakes a strike and closes the distance, dragging Gracie to the ground. Silvestry is now in Gracie's guard. Silvestry stands and steps away. Gracie gets to his feet too and we're back to the striking game. Silvestry forces Gracie back against the cage and clinches. Silvestry drags the fight down to the ground.

Gracie drops back looking for a heel hook - he quickly realises he's not going to get it but Silvestry manages to dive on top of him before he can escape and now Gracie has Silvestry in his guard. Gracie looking for submissions from the bottom here. Moving his hips around, possibly looking for an armbar.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Gracie looking for subs off his back but Silvestry has passed one foot through into half guard.
Silvestry has freed up his trapped foot and advances to mount. The crowd are loving this. Great action here. Gracie defends a decent attempt at a guillotine from Silvestry. As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. Gracie is bucking up trying to escape but Silvestry cracks him with another couple of good strikes. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Brandon Silvestry dominated that round. That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action.
Silvestry drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Gracie sneaks back into half guard. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Gracie looking for submissions from an awkward position here. Silvestry wants to control but Gracie is keeping him busy. Silvestry tries to stand but can't do so whilst Gracie controls his leg. Gracie looking for submissions from an awkward position here. Silvestry lands with an elbow from half guard - that looked like it hurt. Gracie is breathing heavily. Silvestry content to sit in half guard and control for a moment. Silvestry is keen to just control but Gracie is a slippery customer.
That's one minute gone in the round. Gracie looking to work for a kimura from the bottom. Gracie looking for submissions off his back. Silvestry stands up from half guard... He's had enough of that ground malarky for the time being. Gracie gets taken down but at least he's managed to land in guard. Gracie keeping moving, preventing Silvestry from controlling successfully. Silvestry is trying to work a guillotine from the top, or something like that? Don't know how he thinks he's going to get a finish from there.

Silvestry seems content to control from guard here. He's going to have to remain active though if he doesn't want to get stood back up. Gracie working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Silvestry doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Oh but Gracie is tightening it up a little... Silvestry has to be careful here... He's got his foot tucked under now, this looks tight! Silvestry reacted too slowly and this one could be over in a matter of seconds! YES! Silvestry taps out! nice BJJ there by Gracie!
